Crystal lake, just like its; name has crystal clear water for swimming, canoeing and fishing. It has a narrow strip of beach, but the views are lovely. Very limited parking.

I love the kettle ponds on the Cape! Crystal Lake is a real favorite because it's clean, has a beach, and some shade. Little ones love to hang out there all day. It's also nice to visit after a day of salt and sand at an ocean or bay beach for a quick swim...so refreshing!

It is the best lake swimming! The water is so clear and soft - no weeds or any other obstacles in the water. We swam about half the lake and back and felt like it was possible to swim the whole distance across which is about 1/2 a mile, I believe.

Crystal Lake is a nice change from the bay or the ocean side. It is so easy to get to from the house Orleans Vacation Rental ID 7598 but parking is limited. Our experience was to get there by 11:00 for parking but alternate parking is available.This is a perfect place to bring a picnic lunch, sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy warm/clean water. This beach is perfect for families with children of all ages.
