This was a great quiet beach in walking distance from the house we stayed at. Calmer waves than you would see at Nauset, so perfect for the little ones to play on a warm summer day!

Clean, has lifeguard duty, and plenty of parking!

Great for dogs and very different at low tide and high tide, each equally beautiful.

Harding Beach, easy acces to beach, nice long loop walk to inlet and back along marsh, great viewing for wind and kite surfers. Osprey viewing in the spring.

Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Very “child friendly “.

Hardings Beach was less crowded than Nauset following 2 days of overcast weather. If you like big waves, Nauset is the beach but get there early (10am) to beat the crowd. Water warmer at Hardings.

The beach is never too crowded. The other vacationers are always very nice and my kids love to catch crabs and minnows there.

Always warm water and nice to walk to the light house. Safe to swim for all ages ....perfect for building sand castles!

This is a great beach because it is a long pennisula which makes it great for walking. It is also on Nantucket Sound it is ideal for swimming and has plenty of parking.

Great beach for swmimming and walking with ample parking and bath house/restroom facilities. Fun to watch boats coming and going from harbor around the bend, too!

When you go to Hardings Beach park as far left in the lot as possible near the path that walks you to the lighthouse.

Hardings Beach is a favorite from my childhood. It had been years since I visited it. It was so nice to return. I loved walking out to Stage Harbor Lighthouse.

The beach was not crowded. Bathrooms clean. Water warm.

This beach is great for families. The waves are fun for the kids. There is a public restroom. An ice cream truck makes an appearance several times a day. If you're not up for a walk, there is always parking available or you can be dropped off to avoid the parking fee.
