Cape Cod Beach Chair

The girl at the cash register was disinterested in us coming in to the Cape Cod store for prepaid chairs that were promised on July 11 and not there...they had been sold to someone else! So they took the money twice!...Such terrible attitude from the young lady, couldn't be bothered with our issue.. I asked for a manager, who would not come to speak to us. We were not happy, but we were not rude. But no help from anyone at that terrible place.
When we reordered, because we wanted the chairs, we saw that they were way too heavy when they arrived at our home in Connecticut, probably about 20-25 pounds. Imagine schlepping that weight in the beach sand?
If the chairs had been there the day promised, we would have picked them up and realized that they were way too heavy and passed on them.
Instead, they shipped them to us, and when we lifted them, they were ridiculously heavy.
So we had to spend $100 to return them!!! Could you imagine how heavy they were to warrant a $100 shipping cost from Connecticut to Massachusetts?!?
...Which could have been avoided is we could have had our chairs the day we arrived at the Cape Cod Beach Chair Store and would have not taken them when we saw how extremely heavy they were.
I would never recommend this company to anyone,
There are other companies, any place, where you can find better service and product.
Avoid this place at all costs.
