We have used Dan and his company for 2 years and he has been great! Dan will come to your house to do a walk through, explain all options and give you reasonable pricing.He was very helpful when we started renting and gave excellent guidance. He rents his own properties during the summer and has worked through possible issues. That way, you don't have to.We schedule a Deep cleaning in the beginning of the season, and general cleaning between tenants. He has been very accommodating, addresses any questions or issues immediately.We would definitely recommend his service.I trust him completely to evaluate what needs to be done or not done.
