About Saltwater Restaurant...Saltwater uses the freshest ingredients, grown or caught locally whenever possible, to create simple and delicious dishes. Our menu features several wood-fired grilled seafood and meat dishes, as well as a raw bar featuring island oysters. The huge window in the dining room overlooks Vineyard Haven’s inner harbor. Liquor is served. Bakery and take-out available too. We are open daily, 5:30 to 10 pm, from June 15 to Labor Day. We are in the Tisbury Marketplace just a short walk from the Vineyard Haven Ferry Terminal.
