We absolutely LOVED our stay at Look Off Cottage. The listing didn't do justice to how charming and spacious this lovely home is. It had more nooks and crannies to explore than you could imagine - we even enjoyed our one rainy day, leafing through the hundreds of National Geographic Magazines on the third floor. And yet it still has all the modern amenities you could ask for.
Not only would I recommend it to a friend, most of the friends who visited us during our stay want to come back themselves! The homeowner was great to work with, helpful in every way.
Our children, ages, 9, 6, and 3, loved the calm waters of Monument Beach - I'd highly suggest renting a kayak to fully enjoy the beautiful bay and all it's islands.

Dave, for sure you will get a perfect reference from our part.
Say hallo to your family
Our reference:
In July 2009, our family of 5 people from Switzerland, including our 3 teenagers, had the chance of spending one month in the Bova's home in Monument Beach.
The home is very relaxed in a year around habituated small community where you find yourself at home with local villagers but at the same time spending vacation on the beach.
Their home is very spacious, out of the ordinary, being a historical home, perfectly situated with sea view and enjoying an absolute calmness.
Having a public tennis court in front, the public beach next to it, grocery stores close by - you do not need to leave Monument Beach at all.
Nevertheless, we traveled extensively, benefiting from the perfect location with no traffic jams nearby, e.g. to Martha's Vineyard, Cape Code Nat.Seashore (colder water than at Monument Beach),P.town,
Boston, NY,Providence and New Port.
We enjoyed the perfect vacation in a very comfortable, big historical but renovated home in a splendid environment of beaches, sea, intact nature and moderate climate.
