The beautiful, sandy public beach at Sheep Pond is adjacent to our shady private beach area. Located on 1/2+ acre on a very private and quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from mile long, spring-fed freshwater Sheep Pond - widely regarded as the cleanest body of water on the Cape. Sheep Pond's beautiful pristine white sandy beach and the CCRT bike path are just across the dead end street. The post and beam main house sleeps up to 11 and has 15 foot ceilings, wide plank pine floors, a huge stone fireplace, large private elevated deck accessible via sliding glass doors from the kitchen and family room, new outdoor furniture, new gas grill, new kitchen, air conditioning, sauna and outdoor shower. The guest cottage also has 15 foot ceilings, sleeps up to 4 and has a full kitchen, wide plank pine floors, large deck and air conditioning.
There's a big Plasma TV in the main house and additional TV's downstairs and in the Guest House. Wireless Internet, Cable TV and Domestic Phone calls are all included. There are iPod dock stereos in both houses, so don't forget your music.
We provide sheets, bath and beach towels and everything you could need for the kitchen and grilling.
The big and very private yard is level with an irrigated lawn. Great for wiffle ball, soccer, football, croquet and badminton.
This was our family's summer house and has recently become available as a summer rental.
Cleaning fee is $250.
Room Configuration:
The Main House has 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor, 2 bedrooms each with 3 twin beds on the lower floor as well as a large playroom/bedroom with a queen sleep sofa and a full sleep sofa.
The Guest House has a large room with 2 twin beds (pushed together to make a king) and a queen sleep sofa.

I wanted to tell you how much fun we had at your house. We were rained in for much of the weekend but the accommodations were so comfortable and kid friendly that we had a blast. We brought the keyboard upstairs and had a family talent show in the living room. We also had a great lobster dinner around the big kitchen table. Great house. Great summer memories.
