This townhouse is in a park-like setting, and the community includes an outdoor pool for summer, a four season indoor pool, tennis courts, racquetball court, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, basketball court and other amenities. It is near the bike path and Nickerson State Park, with its four lakes, bike trails, and walking paths. It is close to fabulous bay beaches, great restaurants, and shopping.
Due to association rules, this townhouse can be rented only for a month at a time. That is why the monthly prices are less than half of what another rentals would cost if you rented it for 4 weeks. If you want, you could rent for a couple of weeks, sign a lease for a month, and use it for extra weekends.
The townhouse includes a magnificent 12 by 14 foot deck, sunny in the morning, shady in the afternoon, that overlooks a typical cape pitch pine forest. Also,there is a shady, covered ground floor patio.

There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and skylight and another queen bedroom. There is a large living room/dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. All floors in the townhouse are ceramic or hardwood, even those of the upstairs bedrooms and halls. The beds in the master bedroom and in the guest room are 4 posters. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the bedroom floor. There is also a finished basement to which you can send noisy guests or children. There are sliders from the basement to a lovely, shady patio.
This comes with sheets and towels, pots and pans. Just bring your toothbrush and make yourself comfortable.
Also, don't worry too much about the weather. The indoor pool protects you again boredom on rainy days.
I was looking for a reasonably priced condo and I found one just in my price range and what a bargain. I looked at other similar ones and they cost twice as much. There were sheets and towels there too which made it so much easier for me to come from Florida where I live in the winter. I loved spending my afternoons on the deck, and my family visited me and there was plenty of room. The beaches are near by too and so is the bicycle path. Everything was so comfortable for me and I loved the hardwood floors.

My husband and I had a romantic honeymoon after zillions of years of marriage here in October. You wouldn't really associate the Cape with October but we had a fabulous month. The health club and the indoor pool were wonderful additions. But we walked the beach which was empty, just the birds and us, and enjoyed the wonderful, sunlit deck at this place even in October. We also tookl nice long walks and bike rides on the bicycle path which is nearby.
The woodstove, actually gas stove, was a nice touch. The bedroom with its Cathedral ceiling was really romantic. The whole place was quite wonderful.

My husband, I, and my two kids stayed here in June and were thrilled with the condo. Not only is it spacious, with an extra living room in the basement where the kids can go and now crawl over our feet, but the facilities are quite wonderful and the setting is also good. The indoor pool is a lifesaver on bad days! The kids had fun on the tennis courts and in the outdoor pool as well. The place is near the beaches and Nickerson Park. The bay side is great and safe since the water is shallow. We had a wonderful vacation!
