It doesn't get any better than this. You can go to a different beach each day: National Seashore or Bayside. It's really a perfect location. The house is clean and beautiful. It's also private for a quiet day out of all the action.

We loved staying at this property. Everything in the home was clean, all systems worked properly, and the house is tastefully decorated. Loved the open layout and big living room, and especially loved the post and beam look.
Our favorite beach is only six minutes away, downtown Orleans is only a minute further, but the home is located in an incredibly quiet and private location with no traffic or other noise.
We look forward to staying there again. Thanks to Sandi and Bob for their hospitality and support.

Brewster vacation was wonderful, our vacation rental home was so wonderful! Plenty of room and in a very quiet relaxing area! The landlords were so kind and were available if we had any questions! We will definitely rent there home again!! Lovely layout and the living room was nice and big as we had movie night almost every night! Thank you Sandra and Bob so much!!!!

We arrived in the midst of a hurricane warning. The hosts, Sandi and Bob, could not have been more helpful, keeping us in the loop on the latest info.

The house itself, sitting on a dead end, is pure comfort: spacious bedrooms, a sunroom leading out to a deck which overlooks a wide, grassy backyard. Our twin 8 year olds had a blast. Comfy living room, a large dining room and handy kitchen round out the top two floors. The lower level has more sleeping areas, another bathroom and a play area/family room as well.

This house was a perfect place to spend our week on the cape! Clean, comfortable, and spacious; we couldn't have asked for more. It was a short ride to Skaket and Nauset. The finished basement was a nice bonus and the outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach. Will definitely be back!

Bob and Sandi provided my family with a wonderful place to stay for our Cape Cod vacation. Their home had everything a family of five could need and then some. We loved not having to bring our own linens or towels. It freed up lots of space in our car which we really appreciated.

Their home was unbelievably clean and updated. There were plenty of places for the kids and us to relax after a fun filled day at the beach. We truly enjoyed the large dining room table where we could come together each night and have a meal. Thank you both so much for making our vacation a wonderful one. We would highly recommend this rental.

This was our first time staying at the Bob and Sandi's home, but we hope it won't be the last.

The house was very clean, spacious and uncluttered, yet it had everything we needed. We really liked it that there were so many different areas for us to sit and visit with each other, or to have a quiet, private space to read or work, as needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was tasteful and comfortable, and we appreciated having linens and towels for our use, at no additional charge. (Also, the TVs are much larger than those pictured here , if you enjoy watching TV on rainy days.)

We usually stay in the Eastham/Orleans area, so we appreciated being close enough to easily visit our favorite places and we got to explore the beautiful nearby Pleasant Bay beaches, too. The house is the last on a cul-de-sac, which affords plenty of solitude. If it had been warmer, we would have spent more time on the deck, overlooking the pretty back yard. We did, however, make daily use of the outdoor shower--it was great!

We felt so at home that even though we only stayed 8 days, we were so relaxed it seemed as if we'd been on vacation for a lot longer. Next time we visit, we'll bring our teenagers, and we know they'll love it there, too, especially the refinished basement area.

Sandi was very welcoming and available for anything we needed, yet she completely gave us our privacy, which we value.

As a family who has rented various places on the Cape for over 30 years, we highly recommend this rental--it's a wonderful house at a great value.

A++++ This is the nicest rental on The Cape I have stayed at. Lots of room. It had everything you could ever need from beach chairs to lobster pots. And the closets!!!! If I had stayed any longer than the 5 nights we were there I would have been able to fill the master bedroom closet which ran the width of the bedroom. Nice location at the end of the street, never saw any neighbors except for the dog walker and the turkeys who came to visit our first day. Can't wait to book next year! Thank you Sandi & Bob for letting us rent your beautiful home.

We could not have chosen lodgings that fit our needs more perfectly. We were three fishermen planning lots of time boating in search of the Cape"s elusive albacore. The spacious bedrooms offered privacy for each man. There are closets and dressers for extra warm clothing, which we needed for our late September, very early mornings trips. We had the use of the garage, too, where we stored waders, wet wading boots, and extra rods, reels, and other equipment useful for wade fishing. There was plenty of parking and turnaround space for our eighteen-foot boat, which was a major factor in our decision to stay at this cottage.

During our stay, we commented often to each other about how well-equipped this home is, with everything one could possibly need for a most enjoyable stay on Cape Cod. It is near boat launches, groceries, and even a package store. We especially enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the wooded back yard. Perfect for evening cocktails and conversations with the gorgeous wild turkeys who were frequent visitors.

The owners, Bob and Sandi, are delightful.

In all, this home was perfect for us. We are planning to return in the spring.

Our first time staying at this property and it was a great choice for our family of 8 for several reasons.

The home is well maintained, comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for meal prep, The dining room had ample room and seating although we chose to use the back deck for eating meals, (great weather) conversation, watching fireflies and star gazing at night. Turkeys walking through yard fun for everyone to watch.

Living room had plenty of seating for everyone, WIFi and cable a plus. Bedrooms very comfortable, all have AC which came in handy! Finished basement was great for kids get away, extra sleeping space, games to play and secret nook was a hit. Outdoor shower used daily.

Large yard area and location at end of road allowed for quiet and kids to play without worry.
Home centrally located, close to our favorite beaches ( bay and National Seashore). Several Cape League ballparks, minutes away and a great activity at night.

Sandi and Bob very accommodating throughout and available whenever needed, Made everything simple for us.

Needless to say our stay at this home was comfortable and enjoyable a perfect choice for us!

Our family stayed in this wonderful home for our 2018 vacation. Our stay was better than we expected from start to finish. Bob and Sandi have a beautiful home, and it is well stocked with everything you need. Dishes, cookware, linens, books and games are all stocked for your use. The home is comfortable and quiet. It's nice to see the turkeys that come through the property every morning. They are harmless and just walk through from front to back.

Our boys stayed in the basement comfortably so they can stay up late and not bother those who like to go to bed earlier. They had their own full bathroom down there which also helped, along with door to enter through the back yard if they so chose. My daughter stayed in one room on the top floor, my mother in another, as well as my fiancee and I in the master. A full bath on that level for the 4 of us. The main level had a half bath as well.

We found the tank empty for the grill, and Bob came right over to replace it. They are incredible people and truly want to make your stay a good one. Respect them and their home, they are great people! Truly better than any other experience our family has ever had. You would be wise to stay in their home. It is also a nice area with plenty near by to do. We visited some nice beaches, stores, restaurants, and an ice cream place.

This was our first stay at this house. We found it had everything you could ever imagine for a great vacation. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The dining room fit all of our party with extra room to spare. It doubled as a place to play games as well. The living room was huge, the flat screen TV perfect. All of the mattresses were comfortable as well. The beaches were only a few minutes away, and we had many beaches to choose from. We even caught a Cape Cod Baseball League game, it was also mere minutes away. We will definitely be returning next year!!

This lovely home is situated at the end of the road and is tucked away from traffic which made it feel very private. The outdoor shower was a big hit and is situated in the very pretty backyard. This home was a very good size with ample room for our family of 6. The living room was extremely comfortable and the dining room had a nice size dining table which was perfect for our family meals. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances and was very functional. The bedrooms were clean and complete with portable fans which came in handy on some of the warmer nights.

This property is situated close to Orleans, Harwich and Chatham which are the areas that we most like to frequent. We are big baseball fans and enjoyed taking in a few games over the course of the week. All of the beaches were only a short drive away. One morning we even made it to yoga on Chatham's beautiful Lighthouse Beach.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention that one afternoon Mr. Wright and his son came to our rescue when we were experiencing problems with the internet. They went beyond the call of duty! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We used to live on the Cape 20 years ago, and this year decided to spend a week back on the Cape. We had a great time, and I have to say the home was perfect. The owners did a fantastic job making our stay effortless. The home was immaculate and the kitchen was more than well stocked. We had a family clambake and had everything we needed in the kitchen except for the clams.... We had beach chairs to use, a nice outdoor gas grill, and privacy. We even met a family of wild turkeys that came by each morning. I was able to play my old golf course, Cranberry Valley, and it was in excellent condition. If you want to be centrally located on the Cape and still have privacy, this home is for you.

This privately situated Cape on a quiet, wooded lot has much to recommend. High marks for housekeeping, cleanliness and ample amenities!

Our family stayed at this lovely house the week of August 20, 2016. The house is immaculately kept, has plenty of room, a nice deck and up to date appliances. It is in close proximity to the Orleans, Eastham and Brewster beaches and restaurants. It is great to have nice, clean linens supplied along with beach chairs and boogie boards. The owners are gracious, and their house contributed to a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back for years to come.

Very spacious and well kept, we slept 6 people and everyone had plenty of room, Very private but real close to Orleans, Chatham and Harwich. Outdoor shower was a real joy since we had a hot week. Will go back if we decide on a Cape vacation next year.

We've been staying at this property for many years and we highly recommend it. The house is immaculate, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's in a great location - close to the beaches and around the mid-way point of the Cape. There's plenty of room in the house, they have a nice deck outside, and it has an outdoor shower as well. The owners are great. A great place to stay.
