The cottage has a bright and open living room,sunny kitchen with all the appliances (except Dishwasher),Washer & Dryer, full bath and three bedrooms (Two with Queen beds, One with two twin beds). The Bedrooms all have hardwood floors.

Brewster's bay side beach is just a 1 minute walk across from your private deck down a sandy trail. Families can swim, explore the tidal flats,go for beach walks or just take in the view!

Enjoy the outside deck, whether it be for dining or watching the fabulous sunsets over the bay.
The backyard is sunny and private.Cook to your hearts content on the new gas grill and dine on the outdoor seating area. The fully enclosed outdoor shower is located here for convienence after a full day at the beach!
