This charming cottage located at 120 Old North Road, Brewster and adjoining Garage/Apartment are just a 1/2 mile walk to Point of Rocks Beach, on beautiful Cape Cod Bay!! The cottage consists of a light and bright living room, sun-filled dining porch, kitchen, full bath, master bedroom with king-size bed, two small bedrooms (1 with 2 twins and 1 with double/full bed), and sleeping loft with queen-size bed. There is an enclosed outdoor shower.
The adjoining apartment/suite sleeps 2 in a king-size bed. There is a double/full sofa bed). It has an eat-in kitchen with stove, microwave, and full bath. The sitting area off bedroom has a fireplace and opens to outside deck.
The cottage is a short walk to Bay Beaches and close to freshwater ponds convenient to Cape Cod Bike trail, golfing, fishing, walks on the ''Brewster Flats,'' and fabulous sunsets over the bay. It is also close to the General Store, Coffee Shoppe, excellent restaurants, antique and gift shops.
