The house was just perfect for us. It was really nice and comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The deck was really great, with lots of room and a large fixed table and cover on it. There was plenty of space in the yard for the kids. Andy was a pleasure to deal with. He got back promptly with any questions we had, he was warm and responsive. The house had lots of bicycles, which was great, as they are expensive to rent and the house was so close to the bike trail. We used them lots. The house is in a quite part of Brewster, which we loved but also close enough to everything we needed (by bike). We would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful house for your vacation and Andy and Dana were excellent help.

We are so glad that we rented this house. The location was perfect. The house was immaculately clean. Everything was as promised. Being so close to the bike trail was wonderful. We did not even need to rent bikes, as there were plenty of bikes and helmets for all of us in the garage. We headed to the beach everyday, and it was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We made good use of the excellent grill on the deck. Our three kids enjoyed the bunk room, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We had two teachers and one student taking and teaching classes at the same time during our week. The WiFi worked great. We also loved the outdoor shower!

Most of all, dealing with the owners was wonderful. They were responsive to our communications and made sure we had a great vacation! We are already planning to return next summer.

We have rented many houses in the Brewster/Orleans area over the years and this one was just right for us! It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, yet close to everything…beaches, activities, restaurants. Two adults in our party weren't able to make it, so we had 4 adults and 1 toddler. We had more than enough room! As mentioned in previous reviews, the house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Dana and Andy were very pleasant to deal with and very informative. We highly recommend this rental home and would love to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed a July 2021 stay in this lovely house. Neat, clean, and super well equipped with games, paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies, and the best stocked kitchen ever!

The owners were kind and responsive when making the booking and the the entire process was smooth. The house is in a lovely neighborhood for walking and centrally located to the beach, general store, bike trail, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

The house is as described. Well equipped, very clean, centrally located. Dana and Andrew were wonderful to deal with. They were very accommodating, allowing us to reschedule when we were not able to travel on our initial booking date due to COVID. We loved our stay here!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this house in the summer of 2020. Importantly to us, considering the circumstances, it was incredibly clean! Also - well situated to the bike trail and close enough to our favorite beach and the village center. Thanks for having the extra bicycles for our use.

Every rental house claims to have a fully equipped kitchen. This one does. Comfortable furniture, a great layout for the house, and the best outdoor shower we've seen. Add to this an ideal location, right by the bike path and excellent food choices (personally I loved the granola trail bar from Cake For Breakfast on a long bike ride), and central to most anyplace on the Cape, and you have a great rental. The owners were easy to deal with and accommodating, and the large collection of bikes, helmets, and beach chairs were actually usable and in good condition. We had a great week and would definitely rent here again.

Our week at this vacation home was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with all you will need, and the garage is full of all sizes of bikes, helmets and beach accessories. With the Cape Cod trail being so close, it was great to have the bikes. Plus our young children could ride on their own on this quiet street. Being able to walk to the home field of the Brewster Whitecaps was another treat for us! It's great baseball, and the playground is fun, too. We enjoyed meals on the large deck and relaxed in the hammock. And driving to any of the Brewster beaches was quick and easy. We love all that Brewster has to offer, and staying at this house made it all the more enjoyable. We definitely hope to be back!

This house is awesome. Our family of four stayed for one week and each of our 2 children brought a friend. There was plenty of room for all of us. This house was perfectly clean and has a great outdoor shower. Hope to go back next summer. The owners were great to deal with and always gave us a quick response.

The house was clean, so close to the bike trail and local baseball! Outdoor shower was great. Variety of bikes to choose from and ride. Extra bonus that they had umbrellas, chairs and sand toys to use! Thank you for the stay!

We love Shell Cottage! We have stayed here twice and are planning to book again. It's perfect for families - lots of games, well stocked kitchen. Always comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We definitely recommend it!

We have stayed at this home for two summers in a row, and we absolutely love it. The house is comfortable and nicely furnished. The upstairs bedroom/playroom is fun for the kids and and the spacious back yard, deck, hammock, and outdoor shower are fantastic for adults and kids alike. No need to go down to the basement as the washer/dryer are just off the kitchen. No need to bring bikes or beach gear, as the garage is stocked with everything you could ever need.

We love jumping on the rail trail at the end of the road, walking to the beautiful tennis courts by the school, getting BBQ fixings at Ferretti's market, observing nature (a hawk landed in a tree in the back yard and hung out with us for a while one night), and having our choice of either pond swimming (we've visited Long Pond, Cliff Pond, and Flax Pond) or beach swimming. The new picnic table out on the deck is a great addition, as is the large canopy which provides shade on sunny days. The owners are really GREAT, too. Very nice people!

This was our second year renting this house and we are very pleased. The house is centrally located in Brewster and great for families. A nice plus for baseball fans is the walking distance to Brewster Whitecaps games. We hope to return.

I rented this house for my 2 adult children and families, 7 people all together. It was just what I was looking for, as I live a few houses away on the same quiet street. This house more than lived up to our expectations, the great back deck for eating, the outdoor shower after the beach, and a garage full of bikes of all sizes and many beach “toys.” An added bonus is the foot path to the elementary school, with a playground and tennis courts, and the bike trail. Perfect for a family.

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was impeccably clean, and the owners provided everything we could need for our vacation on the Cape. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the location was wonderful. The owners are also lovely people to deal with. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Wow!! This place has everything you could think of for a rental. I am picky about cleanliness, and this home is extremely clean. You feel like you are at home when you are here. The hammock is perfectly situated in a nice, relaxing spot in the back yard. The house is very nicely located near the bike path without having to get on a main road to access it. One of my favorite things about a Cape house is the outdoor shower, and this outdoor shower is the best I have ever used or seen, perfection! My entire family and visitors loved this house, they were so comfortable and happy. For me Brewster has the best Bay side beaches and wonderful ponds, it is the place to be. The house is also in an easy location if you are wanting to explore other towns.
This is the 3rd house that we have rented in Brewster and the only one I would return to, without any hesitation. We will definitely be coming back next year!!!

We had a great time at this house and location. Everything you need to have fun! Kids loved the bunks and room to themselves and we enjoyed eating outside each night. Great place to start and explore new beaches each day on the Cape! Brewster is the place to start from, lots of places close by for eating out, keeping busy and fit!

Such a lovely home, well stocked with everything you could ask for, all in a great location! Our three boys enjoyed the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, as well as the nearby path to the school for baseball games. We loved their spacious bedroom/playroom full of toys/books, a tv of their very own and a couch. Thanks for a great week - we look forward to renting again!

We had such a great time at this house. Everything we could've wanted and more from a vacation rental. Dana and Andrew have thought of everything, from beach/rec equipment to the furnishings, crockery, outdoor dining, you name it. We didn't lack for anything. Location was great. Just around the corner from a fantastic butcher and fishmonger. The beach was only 5 minute drive away. If you're looking for a place that you can rent and not stress about the 'little things', this is the house for you.

You choose Brewster because you want something a little upscale, and this house has it all. Lovely neighborhood, easy to get to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, wonderful restaurants. The homeowners have thought of everything possible to make your stay comfortable. It has a wonderful bedroom/play area for the kids. We have been renting on the Cape for 20 plus years, and this has to be one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. It even met my standards for cleanliness and I am a wee bit fussy. Hope to visit again soon.
