I owe Ron and Judy a review. Our crew of 10 ppl stayed at their home last summer and had a great time. Everything was as described and the house with the basement allowed us a lot of room to spread out. The pool was great to have, especially on days when weather was unpredictable. parking was easy and the rail trail was super accessible.

Ron is super communicative and will share with you honestly all the pros and cons of the home.

From Gramp to Great-grandson all 10 of us walked away having a great stay. The house is clean and kept up and spread out that we weren't on top of one another. Mayflower and other beaches are close by while Ellis provides great sunsets. The pool provides fun and relaxation while the house stays cool and close from morning to night

We have truly enjoyed our week long vacations here for two years in a row. Honestly, they have been some of the best vacations we've ever had. It normally takes us a couple of days to get into "relaxation mode," but here, it starts immediately.

Our combined families are a total of 10 people - 6 adults and 4 kids - and the house is the perfect size for us. There is plenty of space to spread out, and also plenty of shared "family" type space for eating together and spending time together.

The house is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. While there are many great restaurants close-by, you won't mind cooking your own meals because there isn't anything missing, and you won't want to leave the house.

The pool is enormous and is set in an absolutely beautiful and private location. It is the perfect alternative to spending every day at the beach, and it's a great way to start and end your day even if you do venture out for a bit.

The location cannot be beat. Brewster has become our favorite Cape Cod town, specifically, this area. Such a quiet spot and yet steps to the bike path, Cobie's, Nickerson State Park, and a short walk or run to some of the best bay side beaches. Daily walkers, runners, joggers, or bikers will not get bored here.

The kids continue to talk about this vacation well after we're home and throughout the year as they look forward to going back. They have found their happy place - we all have.

Ron and Judy are awesome hosts, they are very responsive, very experienced and want to make sure everything is perfect. This was important, as we were working through the special circumstances around COVID. The arrangements in this regard were very thoughtful, we felt very comfortable and very safe.

At the house, everything is seamlessly organized. There is nothing lacking. The pool is very big, much larger than we thought, heated to a perfect temperature, and completely private. Very peaceful. Everything at the house so is perfectly set up for a relaxing day with no worries. Hanging out at the pool, enjoying the yard, and just using the grill on the deck for dinner was so comfortable and easy. For this reason, even though the location is fantastic, we wound up spending much of our time at the house. When we did finally make it out, we loved that Nickerson State Park and bike path were both just feet away - perfectly clear lakes, bay and ocean side beaches all accessible by bike! Car was parked in the garage the whole time, except for getting groceries.The house itself is very roomy, clean and organized, and the kitchen has everything you need as well. Great wifi all the way to the pool for those who need it.

What a wonderful place to take a family. It was so nice to be greeted with a lovely assortment of beverages and snacks. We are a rather large group and this house provided plenty of space, including quiet space for our napping one year old grandson. The owners provided everything one could possibly need, and the extra fridge was awesome. We thought we would miss the house we usually rent that was on the water, but not so. There was so much to do. The beach was only 1 1/4 miles away. We went every day. There is a path (about 400 yards from the house) that goes to Nickerson State Park. The kids rode scooters and grownups took bikes. Several of us play tennis regularly and tennis courts were not far away. The bonus was the pool! Everyone loved it! We will definitely be back!

We have rented this property twice and had wonderful family vacations both times. The house is very spacious and allows plenty of room for two families. The backyard is fenced in and completely private with a beautiful heated pool which our children enjoyed the whole week. There is a nice deck off the back of the house that overlooks the pool and yard. A great place for a BBQ! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

Our family had an enjoyable week in Brewster and found this home to be very comfortable and roomy. It was accessible to good restaurants, beaches, etc. We very much enjoyed swimming in the beautiful, large pool. All in all it was a great place where we spent a memorable vacation.

We really missed renting from you last year. Although the house we rented was fine, it was just not as great as yours!! (guest each year from 2009 to 2013 and currently booked for 2015)

We really enjoyed our time staying at your Brewster house and look forward to renting from you again in the future.
