Luxurious New Home in Brewster with in-ground pool!

Nine of us stayed in this wonderful house in Brewster. It was in a great location, with easy access to Nickerson State Park via a trail at the end of the cul-de-sac and a short drive to the beaches. It is in a very quiet and private location.
The house was plenty big enough for all of us and we particularly enjoyed the patio and pool.
Most importantly, Julie is a great host. She was very responsive and helped us out with a few things that we needed and couldn't bring with us on the airplane.
We would certainly stay with Julie again.

Our family have stayed in various parts of the cape for many years. Our family has grown and in recent years we have searched out larger properties. This home fit our family perfectly. My husband and I, our two adult children (30's) and their significant others, and 3 children (3,4,7) were excited to explore and enjoy this home to its fullest! The owners provide just about everything you could need…bed linens, bicycles, toys, kitchen gear, toys and games (large and small. So much to do rain or shine! The house provides plenty of sleeping options, everyone was very happy! We were well situated with plenty of restaurants, beaches and just fun areas to explore! There were several highlights… obviously the huge pool, s'mores by the fire pit, and the ping pong table tournaments, just to name a few. We prepared meals using the huge gas grill and the gourmet kitchen! We ate several meals we brought in or prepared outside on their deck or in their spacious dining room! The home was spotless upon arrival. Plenty of activities nearby bike shops and rail trail, mini golf, and more! Julie was very responsive at every level of this booking. This was a home run!

Our family - 5 adults and 4 children - rented this house in early August 2022 and had a wonderful stay. The children ranged in age from 5 to 17 and all had ample things to do. We spent a majority of our time outside for breakfast and dinner, and then swimming during the days. There were games for the kids, ping pong, puzzles, books, and TV, though we didn't really need them. Had a great dinner at The Pheasant one night, but mostly cooked at home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, there's a wet bar area with a wine fridge, and a fantastic outdoor grill that made everything really easy. The A/C works really well, is quiet and kept the house cool on the +90 degree days. There's also trash and recycling pick up - which is a bonus! The owner is super communicative and responsive and answered all our questions immediately. Thanks for the great stay!

This vacation rental exceeded over and above all expectations! Everything was so clean and comfortable! There was plenty of room and space for our large family. The kitchen was perfect and we were able to feed our crew so easily. The pool was enjoyed by all. We loved the location; close to the walking trail and not far from the beach. Julie was so accommodating and helpful every step of the way. We will be back….for longer next time!!

We wanted to thank Julie for having us in her home ! The house is beautiful and the pool is the best part ! The basement is the perfect kid hangout with air hockey and other games. We will be back for our third time next year

We had the best time at this house and the Brewster beaches! The house had everything we could have ever needed and our family did not want to leave! It was clean and open and the perfect size for our family. We will be back again!

Our family of 4 had a great time enjoying all the amenities this house had to offer. From table tennis, foosball, a complete furnished basement for the teens to hang out and pool what more could we ask for! We spent many hours outside relaxing around the pool and enjoying each others company in this very private home. My kids are already planning to return next summer.

We just spent a month at this Brewster home and would have stayed longer if we could! This was our second year renting from Jules, and we couldn't have been happier. Communication throughout the year was great- Jules always answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We also really appreciated the extra thought and care that went into renting during Covid, and we felt safe from the moment we stepped in the door.

The house is perfect for our family of four but can also easily accommodate a larger family. It is clean, spacious, has plenty of living and sleeping options, and lots of games (both board games and table sports) for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped- they have thought of everything. The inside of the house is amazing...and still our favorite part is the outside pool and backyard! Our family swam, lounged, and played water basketball on a daily basis- even when the weather was cooler, we easily walked right into the heated pool! The hammock was perfect for afternoon naps and the yard was great for running around or doing yoga! The location of the house also can't be beat. The beach is an easy bike ride/drive away, and the bike bath is up the street.

This house doesn't feel like a rental property, it feels like a stay in someone's beautifully maintained home. We were so fortunate to stay here two years in a row, and we are already counting the days until we can return next summer! Thank you!

We were so fortunate to stay in this amazing home in Brewster. Our family of four have been vacationing on the Cape for the last ten years, and this was without a doubt our favorite spot. With two boys, we are always looking for a mix of fun and relaxation, and this home delivered more than we could have imagined. The house is gorgeous, so well maintained—very comfortable and spacious living areas and bedrooms, a playroom with a ton of games, ping pong, air hockey, etc...a beautiful and clean kitchen, and then there is the heated pool! We started and ended each day in the pool, it was hard to get the kids out of it!

The owners of this wonderful home were great to work with. Communication was so easy and they were always available to touch base when we had questions. They offered a lot of recommendations for local spots and even walked us through getting to a nearby beach.

This truly was the best week we've had on the Cape and we were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back in 2020!

This beautiful house was perfectly configured for our family of 13 (one infant). We all had our own space but wonderful spaces for all of us to be together comfortably. The lower level was great for the kids with three table games and a comfortable area to watch TV. The owners were great! Always available for questions and very easy to work with. Chrissy did a beautiful job preparing our house and was pleasantly available to resolve a minor problem. Typically, we would go to Crosby Beach in the morning or shopping on the one rainy day then come back to the gorgeous pool in the afternoon. The nature trails were great for the kids. Simply stated, it was perfect! We definitely plan to rent again next year!

Our family of four had a wonderful time vacationing in this stunningly beautiful home. The house is large, modern, clean, very well appointed - and very comfortable. We loved the nicely landscaped yard, beautiful pool and great neighborhood abutting Nickerson Park, which is great for hiking. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with the home and its friendly and accommodating owners.

We stayed at this beautiful Brewster property for one week, and it was the perfect destination! The homeowner gave us excellent recommendations of places to go and things to do. She was warm and helpful since we booked the house about 6 months ago. We were a group of 12 -- 6 Adults; 6 kids. The house was clean and has a great flow that’s suitable for several families to enjoy together. The openness of the kitchen into the den area really provided easy ways for adults to cook and relax while still keeping an eye on our kids!

The house has plenty of sleeping space for 12 people and we even had an empty bedroom as all 6 kids chose to sleep together in one room. The property is gorgeous; it’s located on a pretty, quiet block that backs up to Nickerson State Park (which is amazing). The backyard was heaven!

There was something for everyone to enjoy - the heated pool is awesome, the fire pit was a great addition for s’mores at night and the hammock and loungers were ample and comfy. The location of the house was the best- 5 minutes to beaches and stores and great running and bike paths in the neighborhood. We felt so lucky to enjoy this property during our last free week of summer! We were first time vacationers on Cape Cod, and we really hope to return again for future summer vacations!

This was the first year we stayed in one house with our friends during our annual Cape Cod vacation. The house was amazing - had everything you could think of including plenty of bedrooms, huge kitchen, in-ground pool, hammock, basketball net, ping pong table, bikes - literally had it all. The house was modern and immaculate. Our children loved spending time in the basement playing ping pong and outside playing in the pool. The set up of the bedrooms were perfect as everyone had their own privacy to get ready. The central air was perfect for those muggy nights. Let’s not forget the fire pit where we made s'mores! We stayed outside into late in the evening and there were never any bugs or mosquitoes. The only downfall was the kids didn’t want to leave the house!!!! We will be back next summer!

This is a remarkable house in every way! As soon as you enter, you are immediately relaxed and it is just a matter of deciding which room you want to hang out in. There are several living room options, and an incredible basement with the game room. It is fun for all ages. As if that is not enough, the outside is the most relaxing place! There are several seating areas, an outdoor living room, a beautiful pool and plenty of space to enjoy. In addition, you are just steps away from entering Nickerson State Park and all the wonderful trails that it has to offer. The house is modern, well kept and so full of light and space. It is truly a gift and enhances any vacation. You are minutes away from the beaches and all that Cape Cod has to offer, but you never have to leave this house to relax and enjoy.
