This special oceanfront retreat has all of the best that Cape Cod has to offer: your own private sandy beach, warm ocean water, refreshing breezes, spectacular views, gorgeous sunsets and brilliant stargazing. The airy single-level house has a colorful great room with sliding doors to a sun-drenched deck, 4 cozy bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds), 2 baths, and an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. Full use of tennis courts (2 all weather, 2 clay), tennis backboard, basketball court, kids' (both young and old) playground and a boat launching ramp. Wonderful area for walking, jogging and biking. Great sailing and fishing from the property. All of this nestled in Scraggy Neck, a gated homeowner’s community. Guests describe this special spot as ''a little slice of heaven.''

s semi-private as it can be used as a den as well. The house is on one level with a great room that overlooks the water and opens to a large sunny deck with fantastic views. There are 2 baths and a laundry on the main level. In addition there is an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. The whole house has been thoroughly remodeled over the past 3 years. There is a new ceramic tile floor throughout, brand new fully-equipped kitchen, 2 new baths, and new painting. People remark about how bright and airy the house is. We have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. There is a lot of outdoor furniture on the 2 decks and for the beach. All this on Scraggy Neck, a special place!
Pets are considered; if allowed will incur a $50 surcharge.
Lovely home, with spectacular views and private swimming beach. Interior and exterior attractively decorated and fastidiously maintained. Our family has vacationed on the Cape for more than twenty years and this home was unanimously voted the best by all of us. The swimming, cool breezes and comfort of the home were so enjoyable. It's a perfect Cape Cod experience. Steve Mascioli was very solicitous and accomodating. If you love peace and quiet and a sense of Old Cape Cod, we highly recommend 7 Gull Lane, Scraggy Neck.
