There is also an outdoor custom blue stone tiki bar with a full roof, lights & power for entertaining.
Not crazy about the sun? Stay cool inside & watch the game on the 42'' plasma TV. Best of all, take a dip anytime, day or night, in the custom, lighted, pool with a soft step floor surrounded by a crushed stone & beach glass wrap around patio. Rest easy using the custom ''kid safe'' hydrolic pool cover with the turn of a key. Who needs the beach? But if you like the beach, Lake Wequaquet(fresh water) public beach is 1/4 mile away and Craigville Beach (Saltwater,the Capes largest & most popular) is 1 1/2 miles away. Hyannis, movie theaters, malls, supermarkets, golf course, fine restaurants, fishing charters & ferries are all minutes away. This is a first class setup for your enjoyment & entertainment. Stainless steel grill, pool floats, horseshoes, volleyball set, lobster pot and burner, lawn care, landscaping and rubbish removal are all included. An off property caretaker is available for any special requests or services within our power.

Now we know why people come to the cape and always go back. The vacation (2 weeks) was highlited by this house. Convenient to stores, restaurants, beaches etc. Great set up for kids, including huge sand box in back yard, fenced in back yard and pool with steps. Covered patio with wicker furnitue was great and the landscaping was beautiful. We had all the amenities and the house was spotless. Great kitchen and the cellar was perfect for our 12 & 14 yr old with their own TV, bedroom, game table and exit to pool . We will be back for sure !! Thanks Tim & Deana

Tlak about just what the Doctor ordered !! This property is fantastic ! Walk out the glass doors and step into paradise, awsome pool w safety cover for kids (thank you), outdoor tiki bar is so convenient with lights and power at night, the furniture is so comfortable and the outdoor shower is great after the beach. The outdoor fireplace is a work or art and so relaxing at night . Inside is as comfortable as outside. Great beds, big screen in the living room, new bath upstairs and laundry on first floor(my wife thrilled), the basement is like its own apartment w living room and tv and bedroom. Perfect set up for kids, family vaca and cookouts. The owner Tim is very accomodating ! I will be booking again next year !!
