It is located on a quiet street less then two miles from Craigville Beach and three miles from the Cape Cod Mall, as well as many other shops and fine restaurants. Nearby Rt. 28 provides quick access to many sites on the Cape including the island and cruise ferries in nearby Hyannis. Air conditioning, WI-FI, and a seasonal pass to all Barnstable beaches and parks are included in this charming house.

    Great place!

    Great house. It was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed trying all the different beaches thanks to the parking pass that was included with our rental. We ate all our meals on the beautiful patio. Fantastic back yard for the kids to enjoy.

    Tom and Lauren Connors have rent their Cape Cod property during the summer months for the past 12 years.
    When they are not enjoying time on the Cape they reside in New Jersey where Tom is a college professor and Lauren is a RN.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is truly centrally located to all activities on the Cape and is just minutes from the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. It is also just far enough onto the Cape to feel like a break from the mainland but not so far as to make getting to the mainland a difficult trip, especially during the busy summer season. A commute to Boston or Providence is usually less than 80 minutes

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville is a quiet town, even during the summer season. At the same time there are many activities to enjoy including: Craigville Beach, boating, a very nice library, shops, restaurants, and of course Four Seas Ice Cream.
    Hyannis and Osterville are right next door.
