Charming, historic, 1800's sea captain's home in Centerville Village (centrally located on Cape Cod) with great ocean breezes. Close to Craigville Beach (1/2 mile) and Osterville village, beaches and ponds. Short walk to: beach, town landing (a great place to put in a canoe or kayak or motor boat), 1856 Country Store, playground, library, 4-Seas Ice Cream & churches. 5 miles to ferries to the Islands, marinas, mini golf, shopping, movies & waterfront dining.
Updated country eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, comfortable living room and relaxing sun porch. There is a studio/den with another kitchen area and a full bath on the first floor. The house has character with wide pine floors, wood stoves and wainscoating. There's even a secret staircase. Four good size bedrooms and two smaller ones are on the 2nd floor along with 2 baths. Large deck off the back of the house with grill and plenty of seating overlooking

Den/Studio Apt. has trundle day bed that sleeps 2. Beach chairs available (2-3). 3TVs, 2 in a bedroom, 1 in living room 1 in studio/den, 2VCRs with movies.
