We have stayed at this home twice. It is a very nice location - close to the beach and downtown Hyannis,walking distance to Four Seas, the best ice cream on the Cape. It was really nice having the lake in the backyard which was great for my two small children. The owners are very nice and the home is kid friendly with a highchair and pack and play available (saves trunk space!) It is a good home base.
