My husband and I were looking for a last minute vacation rental for the fall for a special occasion. This cottage fit the bill.

The cottage was clean comfortable and in a terrific location to access multiple beaches and shopping.

Owners were extremely responsive and worked with us in every possible way.
The kitchen had everything you could think of, linens were included, comfortable bed & living room with cable & WiFi - we would highly recommend a stay here.

We just left after spending a week at this quintessential Cape cottage. The house was very clean and the owner was extremely responsive. We came across this property rather last minute and Greg was easy to work with.

We were surprised when we arrived that there were linens on the beds, having rented on the Cape for many years, it is rare to find a rental with linens. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of outdoor seating.

There were board games and cards in the cottage. The beach was close by and Greg recommended another walk for us to explore.

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time. We enjoy being able to walk to the beach at the end of the street in only a couple of minutes and being able to rinse off in the outdoor shower back at the cottage. The cottage is always clean and has lots of local charm. We’re glad to see they just added a keypad door lock so I never have to worry about losing the keys!

My family has enjoyed staying at this cottage for many years now. The location is perfect - located on a quiet street and just a short walk to the beach! The cottage itself is very clean and charming. We enjoy the peaceful solitude of the street & nearest beach, while being just a short drive into the beautiful downtown area of Chatham. Our family has come to Cape Cod from New Jersey going on 4 summers now, and we love to stay at this cozy, clean and wonderful cottage! We enjoy being able to take short drives to Dennis, Hyannis & Provincetown, while still enjoying the beaches, shops & restaurants that Chatham has to offer. Best location on the Cape! The street is quiet, and the property is perfect for my two young children to play outside. The outdoor shower is great for after the beach, and it is very peaceful & quiet here at night. The outdoor grill & patio are great to have, too!

The owners are kind, available and have always gone out of their way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay - even ensuring an air conditioner was installed during an unseasonably hot week! This is our favorite "home away from home" & we recommend it for a great Cape vacation. Can't wait to come back! show more show less
