This lovely home sits on a very private estate on Sears Point, with a path to your own private beach. The home affords harbor views from the upper floor.
The first floor includes one double size bedroom, one king size bedroom, two full baths, living room with fireplace, large kitchen with dining area and access to the mahogany deck.
On the second floor you’ll find one twin bedroom and one queen size bedroom, a “great” room with four single beds, fireplace, full bath, and separate laundry area.
Relax on the large mahogany deck with many chairs, lounges, and tables. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening cocktails on the second floor balcony as you look out at the beautiful water views. Or simply enjoy the expansive, private yard with hammock and three high-flying swings.
Kids Retreat/Playhouse with sitting area and two double decker bunk beds. Its has electricity but no water or toilet facilities.

I just wanted to thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. Your house was perfect for us - so charming and comfortable and filled with everything we could want. Your yard was incredible - our kids spent most of the down time riding bikes up and down the driveway, while the adults admired all the gorgeous flowers and landscaping.
Thank you also for all the advice on Chatham - we fell in love with the town and our easy walking and bike access from your house. We loved the baseball games and band concert, and watching the fish be unloaded at the pier was really fun for the kids. The weather couldn't have been nicer, and we managed two 20+ mile bike rides to Harwich and back. We really had a wonderful vacation and truly hope we can come back again.
