Beautiful and immaculate air-conditioned 3+ bedroom, 2 bath home in great downtown location. Walk to everything – beaches, town, shops, etc.! Newly finished basement family room, living room, separate private sunroom with TV and pull-out sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8-10. The house has a great back deck for grilling, eating and relaxing that overlooks the fenced in landscaped backyard. The house has wireless internet access. The house is on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the Chatham A's field, great playgrounds for the kids, 1 block from the Chatham bike path and a nice walk to several beaches such as Oyster Pond and Lighthouse beach. The house is newly furnished and kid friendly (crib, pack n’ play, toys, high chairs, etc.) Interim/exit cleaning, and linen rentals avail for additional fee.

What a wonderful week in Chatham. The weather has been a glorious week of Autumn sublime and the area is perfect for young families. Of course, coming "home" to your wonderful vacaiton home has been the icing on the cake! Very spacious and comfortable. You have great tastes in books - children and adult! Thank you. We really had a very special family holiday.

Thank you for opening up your home to us. We had a great three weeks in Chatham! It’s a beautiful town, with so many wonderful things to do. We went to Oyster Pond often, and even walked to Lighthouse beach. We hope to come back to your place next year.

"We rented this very comfortable home and would highly recommend it to others. It is new, it has everything that a renter needs for a vacation on the cape. We were able to walk to a number of Chatham sites: downtown, Oyster Pond, Chatham Bars Inn, The Squire, Dunkin Donuts and CVS, to name a few. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the very quiet neighborhood. We rented this off-season, played 9 holes of golf at the Chatham Links course 5 minutes away. We will definitely rent this house again this summer. "
