This house has 3 Bedrooms with 3 clean new bathrooms. New Kitchen, new Central Air, everything new and clean. Other amenities provided include: Internet access, washer and dryer, cable TV, natural Gas Grill (never run out of gas), and outside shower.

There is also a storage shed for keeping bikes out of the rain equipped with beach chairs. Towels and linens are provided.

    Great house! Great location!

    My family stayed at this beautiful home in early August of 2022 and loved everything about it. We walked to dinner, shopping, the beach and to the Chatham A's game. The location is perfect. The house is well appointed, very clean and well cared for. The decor is also very well done and not cluttered. Our week was very hot and humid so the central A/C was great! The homeowner was awesome, communicated well and promptly. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again!!

    Great Chatham House Close to Chatham Bars Inn
    We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well stocked. Actually this is one of the cases where the pictures are less impressive than the actual house. We loved being within easy walking distance to the Chatham Bars Inn and other restaurants. Although it is on a main road, the house is very well set back. We highly recommend this house.

    Beautiful home in the perfect location. We are a family of 5 that had a wonderful vacation at this private home in Chatham. The house is in a great location. It is so close to town, Clafflin Beach and Chatham Bars Inn. The kids rode their bikes into town just about every day. If they went early enough into town they could stay on the sidewalk the whole way because of the location on Old Harbor Road. The house is set back off the road, and it is so quiet that you can't hear a thing outside when the windows are shut. The home is very well decorated in Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The owners couldn't have been nicer and more helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property. show more show less

    I fell in love with Cape Cod as a freshman in College when I visited my roommate's Falmouth home. Although I lived in Boston my first home purchase was in Chatham after graduating from Northeastern University. I love the warm waters of Nantucket Sound and the variety of relaxing beaches across the Cape. I enjoy renting my home to families so they can experience the ''elbow of the Cape'' and make lasting fun memories.

    What is special about this property?
    308 Old Harbor sits back from the road with a large back yard. It's quiet, yet close to town, beaches, tennis courts, Seaside Links, and the baseball fields. I think what I like best about this home is the layout. The kitchen has a sliding door that leads to the outside bluestone patio equipped with a natural gas large size Weber Grill so that cooking is a breeze. The living room is on the other side of the kitchen and dinning room for Summer entertaining. Also the bedrooms all have their own bathroom and distance from one another for peaceful nites.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is surrounded by water and beautiful beaches and homes. Chatham has the best downtown on the Cape, along with the best restaurants.
