This amazing, fully loaded, and secluded retreat in the Riverbay area of Chatham is a self-contained family paradise. Let's start with the house accommodations. This home has 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen Tempurpedic) all with new furniture, and the master has its own new spa-like bathroom with Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to music while you. . .do what you do in there. Upstairs, the living room has floor to ceiling windows and boasts a comfortable L-shaped couch, Brookstone massage recliner chair, fireplace and a 55'' Amazon Fire TV, while the dining area seats 6 comfortably. Step onto the upper deck and overlook the beautifully landscaped, tiered property while you cook out on the dual-fuel BBQ (charcoal/propane) grill or slow-cook meats in the Bluetooth-enabled electronic smoker. The large kitchen with island is fully-loaded with Bosch appliances, espresso/coffee machine, deep-fat fryer, professional griddle, electric wok, etc etc etc. .there are more appliances than you'll know what to do with. Downstairs, an amazing home theater with an 80'' 3D LED TV and surround sound, a massive movie library, an XBox One loaded with games (and some for the whole family), a gym/fitness room with free weights, professional treadmill, and stair climber on one side. On the other side, there are also an additional two Full memory foam beds. . .this means up to 10 PEOPLE can sleep very comfortably between the beds up- and downstairs. As if that weren't enough sleeping space, both couches in the lower level also have full-sized pull-out beds. . .just in case you vacationed a little too hard on a particular day (I'm not judging).

Walk outside into the lower level screen porch with outdoor stereo, a 7-person hot-tub, and propane firepit for those cool summer nights. Stairs from the porch lead down to the in ground pool for those hot summer days. And if the day isn't that hot you can still swim because. . .the pool is HEATED. And unlike the beaches in Cape Cod, this pool is shark-free. If you're one of those who ''wants'' to see a shark, just watch them on a YouTube video because there is also outdoor WiFi by the pool. And after your swim, unfold lawn chairs on the large stone firepit and toast some s'mores as you watch a night-time movie in the outdoor movie theater. As if weren't enough, there is also a massive 24' x 45' beach volleyball pit and a 10x17’ professional trampoline that is enclosed for the kids. Finally (and perhaps best of all), the garage has been converted to a giant lodge-style pool hall with a bar/beer tap, large flat screen TV, a real 80's arcade machine, and comfy leather couches. Its the coolest house on the Cape, if I do say so myself.

The property is located 0.5 mile from the bay beach and 2-3 miles from the ocean and downtown Chatham. The community is also adjacent to a magnificent golf course.

The weekly rate for this large, gorgeous, fully-loaded family paradise that sleeps 10 people (comfortably) works out to be about the same daily rate you pay for a HOTEL ROOM in Cape Cod during the summer season.
