This studio apartment is located 1/2 mile from Cockle Cove Beach in South Chatham, MA. It is also located 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path that leads to the town park, baseball field, and playground and is located 3 miles from downtown Chatham center.

This unit has an open floor plan with one queen bed, a small sitting area with a TV, and a kitchen. There is a small separate room in the entry way of the unit with an additional twin bed, which is very convenient for guests with a child or an additional guest. The apartment features a brand new addition that has a large living room with an attached balcony for outdoor seating. This room has couches, a small table and chairs, a large TV, a DVD player, high ceilings with a ceiling fan and skylights. There is also a deck in the back with gas grill.

The apartment includes linens and bath towels for no additional charge. This is a family run establishment that has been renting to guests for many years. Most of our guests are regular visitors who have been returning to this location for many years.

We are currently accepting reservations for one week - available Saturday through Saturday. We require a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the total cost. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. There is a $50 cleaning fee for the unit. If you would like to rent the apartment for less than one week please contact us directly for more information.

    What a gem

    Great location, neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, quiet neighbors, and a spacious studio which didnot feel like a studio. The beach was practically empty despite being peak season. We look forward to going back!

    Fantastic place

    I stayed here for a month, and absolutely loved the location; quiet, and so close to the beach. At night the stars are out, the beach is open, and the air is clean. The interior is well enough for 3 people. The owners were gracious and helpful. I'd definitely come back again.

    Cozy and Rustic

    We loved our stay at Lantern Lane. Tom and his family met our every need. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The studio is very large and gets great light. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a great deal in the Chatham/Harwich area.

    The Studio at Lantern Lane

    We loved our stay at the Studio at Lantern Lane ! Tom and his family could not have been more accommodating ! The Studio is cozy, yet roomy with a "great room" featuring a cathedral ceiling, lots of windows and a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, catch the sunset or stargaze at night. The Studio is well equipped with all the comforts of home (coffeemaker, microwave, outdoor grill, etc). It is nestled in a pine grove and is an easy walk to Cockle Cove beach at the end of the street in a beautiful neighborhood in South Chatham. I highly recommend the Studio.     Awesome place, awesome people!

    My girlfriend Tina and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Leanne was amazingly quick and responsive to any/all emails/calls/texts regarding the property. Once we arrived, we were thrilled with the location and layout of the property....exactly as pictures online showed. The owner, Tom, was fantastically friendly and had a wealth of info about all of Cape Cod that he gladly shared with us. It was such an amazing experience that I invited my Mom (who lived 7 or so hours away!) to come join us for a few days and share in the fun. She loves the ocean and loved the property as well! She actually stayed in another location just a hundred or so feet away that was also fantastic!! Tom has a dog name Chief (a very handsome Boxer) that lives with him. Chief is one of the nicest dogs we have ever met and we really enjoyed hanging out with him and Tom. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit! show more show less
