This charming 19th century Greek revival farmhouse is located on beautiful Main Street in Cotuit, just 5 minutes to beautiful Loop Beach which is ideal for families. There are four and a half bedrooms, accommodating 10-12, and linens are included. The home features a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, dining room, and living room.
The layout of bedrooms is as follows: Upstairs bedroom with a queen, walk-thru room with 2 twins, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin, a bedroom with a queen and a twin. The downstairs bedroom has a full bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs, a half bathroom downstairs and an outside shower.
The front porch and back deck are perfect for relaxing and enjoying summer breezes with family and friends. Children love the tire swing in the large yard. A mooring for a boat is available upon request. Two beach permits for Barnstable beaches provided. The home is convenient to golf, shopping, and all Cape locations...

Come make your Cape Cod vacation a reality!
Thank you for renting your cozy home to us for the last week. The 10 of us really had a wonderful family vacation. My husbands parents used to take yearly trips to the Cape with all the children. The vacations were so memorable that I would always hear them talking about the good times on the Cape. Now their children's children were able to make their own memories. We were so grateful to have such a lovely home to stay in together.
