This immaculate, bright & airy home is 5 min. walk to Loop & has BONUS of an IG pool, Beach Pass,+ Great Location! All on quiet child safe road. Nothing beats a pool for the kids, but on top of that,the house has been completely remodeled with every amenity you need to enjoy your vacation including complimentary coffee. Furnishings are comfortable & casual. Layout has 1Q. bedroom w/AC and full bath down, 1Q. bedroom w/AC & 1T. bedroom w/AC up, w/large adjoining closet. All beds have top quality mattresses (Tempurpedic and Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel). Linens and towels also provided. There is a day bed w/trundle in newly rennovated 3 season back porch, 2 new F/Q sleep sofas, several eating areas,(dining room, family room w/ductless AC, large Trex deck,& enclosed back porch), 2 TV's,High Speed Internet, free long distance, XBox360 w/games & DVD's. We even provide 4 adult/3 kids bikes, a childs caddy, and all beach gear & towels. POOL CLOSED 9/18...

Cotuit is a quaint ''Old Cape'' town. We are within walking distance to the Town Playground, Library, Cotuit Kettleer Baseball Field (part of the Cape Cape Cod Baseball League), Cotuit Grocery Store, and Kettle Ho restaurant.The Town offers Baseball Clinics by the week, and Sailing Lessons for youths and adults. During the summer there are events held at the local common including the Cahoon Museum ''Brush Off'' which auctions paintings, craft fairs, etc. Loop Beach is a great beach for families especially with young children. There are plenty of places to fish, kayak and sail. Golf courses and antique shops are everywhere,and close by. Cotuit even has a public par 3 golf course and a public tennis club in town. We are about 5 minutes from Mashpee Commons, as well as close to Falmouth, Historic Sandwich, and Hyannis. Cotuit is a great place to vacation, and our home offers every amenity you need to enjoy your summer vacation. The beach/parking pass allows access to all 14 beaches and boat ramps in Barnstable county incl. Residential beaches like Dowser's and Loop, & Public beaches incl. Craigville, & Sandy Neck.
Our stay on the Cape was both fun-filled and relaxing and made more enjoyable by your comfortable home and beautiful town. We will be returning next season and I will be in touch with you to set the dates. Thanks again.

We really loved your house, it is so beautifully decorated and the setting in the woods was so peaceful, and we all enjoyed the pool, we could do with cooling off here in New York. We explored the local area and visited Martha's Vineyard, so all in all had a great week.
