Great house in a wonderful location! The open kitchen and adjacent living room were incredibly comfortable and welcoming! We spent a ton of time in these two rooms relaxing and being together as a family.

The property is large and would be amazing to enjoy in warmer weather. Same is true of the attic gaming area, that was simply too cold to enjoy in February.

Jonathan was nearby and happy to help with anything as needed.

Fantastic stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and perfect for a large group. Anytime we needed something Jonathan was right there to help, without ever being intrusive. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great House with a Great Host

We rented the house for an extended family vacation for a week in July. The house comes with everything you need, is on a big lot, and is in a great location that's close to many of Denis's beaches. The house also has a swing set in the front yard, which was a nice plus for the kids. Jonathan was a great host and was very accessible. If you're looking to rent a house on the Cape, this is an excellent choice!

What a beautiful home!!! Jonathan who owns the home was awesome. Everything you could ever think of was available to us. Close to the beaches and restaurants. A perfect location so much so that I would like to rent the house again next year. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent in Dennis.

Great House for a Big Family!

What an amazing home!

My family has been vacationing in Dennis for several years. As our family grew we began outgrowing the home we had been renting. We carefully searched for a home that would meet our needs and found one that exceeded them in this listing. This home was the perfect distance from some of the best beaches on the Cape, yet set back in a private, quiet, beautiful yard that we spent a lot of time enjoying. Our family made the decision very early into our vacation this year to book the following year, and plan to spend many more at this amazing property. I feel it is also important to note how great it was working with the home owner. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Great Week in East Dennis

This was the first time we have rented here. We are a family of 12. We had a wonderful week and Jonathan was a great host! He was around enough so if we had any questions he was easily reached but never made us feel as though he was hovering! This home is beautiful with 4 floors and lots of space to spread out or be together as desired. It was clean and wonderfully stocked with dishes/cookware, linens and very comfortable furniture. The outdoor amenities were as nice as the home itself with multiple hammocks, a firepit, large deck and farmer's porch on the front of the home. Really wonderful rental - we had a fantastic vacation! Thanks, Jonathan - hope to see you next year again!

Superb vacation house

My family recently spent two weeks in the house. It was comfortable, quiet, immaculate, deliciously air conditioned during the recent heat wave, and had an airy front porch and yard. I brought my two dogs and the property was perfect for them. The kitchen, family room and back patio were great places to relax. The area has a beautiful fresh water lake and and several nearby beaches, a multitude of good restaurants and is located conveniently for exploring other parts of Cape Cod. It was so comfortable that I rented it again for next summer. An added benefit was having the landlord in a home behind the property for emergencies, like locking oneself out! He could not have been more helpful during our stay.

Lovely, Large Home for Large or Extended Family

We had an absolutely wonderful week with our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) at this home. It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to fish, clam & swim at Brewster beaches.

The house is everything described and more - it was absolutely SPOTLESS. We all moved in and were set to enjoy the week.

We all enjoyed the hot tub on the front porch & the pool table in the attic was in constant use! The children truly enjoyed our evening at the firepit.

The owner, Jonathan, was very responsive to our calls, but also respected our privacy.

This house was a dream compared to others we have rented in past years. I cannot fully stress how clean & comfortable this house is and fully equipped.

We also appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs as we went to the beach every day. The grill was also great as we cooked every dinner but one.

We had a great week together and would certainly rent this house again if we have our large group together again.

Beautiful, quite, extremely clean and new home

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was extremely clean, very well equipped, and very spacious. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. The pictures on line do not give this place justice. The owner does live next door, but was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is set back from the road, so has a lot of privacy and a big yard. There is a deck out back and a front porch which were both very relaxing. If we had another big group like this we would definitely stay here. There is even an exercise room and a game room.

Beautiful vacation home

I had a wonderful week with my extended family (including toddler twins) at this beautiful home. I would definitely rent it again. It is very close to beautiful beaches, the Cape cod rail trail for biking, and many great restaurants. Jonathan, the owner, lives in the adjacent house and is a wonderful host.

Perfect House and Perfect Location in Dennis

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful home with many amenities. There is a pool table in the attic, a hot tub in the front porch, fire pit in the back along with basketball area and topnotch grill. I'm super picky in terms of cleanliness and the condition of the homes I rent through Homeway and this house ranks at the top of my best home away vacation homes. The owner Jonathan made every effort to make our stay a success - and it was! One last thing: I love Dennis because you have access to many child friendly beaches.

50th birthday party/ family friends vacation

The house was terrific, clean, in a quiet hilltop location, but convenient to everything. Umbrelas, beach chairs, towels, nothing was wanting. We cooked on the grill on the back deck for a large group, as well as in the great well appointed kitchen. We truly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, as well as the many nooks and crannies where you could go to read a quiet book or talk. The upstairs game room is a terrific option for rainy Cape Cod days, pool , fusbol... We will return when we have a similar occasion.

A wonderful property !!

Our family of 7 had a terrific time at this nicely decorated, extremely well equipped house. It is off Rte 6A and very quiet with lovely views. We had plenty of room to hang out without being on top of one another, grilled and ate on the deck several nights. The basketball court got a lot of activity as did the hot tub. Jonathan was extremely responsive to our needs and gave us some good recommendations on local restaurants, etc. He even shared some of his garden's bounty with us. Captain Frosty's is always on our list but he sent us to the Northside Marina at the end of Sesuit Harbor Rd (very close by). Both are the quintessential Cape Cod seafood spots, the latter right on the water. We can't make it back this summer but next time we will definitely rent this house. Very relaxing and well located. Our grandkids were 11 and 16 but I think younger children would do just fine here.

Family Fun

4 family vacation, perfect spot for 4 kids and 7 adults. Private home set away from the road where the kids can play safely. Easy access to the main road to explore Cape Cod. The Owner lives on property and makes sure you have everything you need. The home is in pristine condition and has every amenity you could think of. Great vacation and would certainly rent again when we go back to the Cape.

Family Get-A-Away

13 family members stayed at this wonderful, beautiful home in East Dennis. There was 6 adults and 7 kids, plenty of room and very comfortable. The house has plenty of room for the kids to spread out, the attic bedroom the girls loved and the basement the boys loved. The owner stays in the back house and was there when you need him and also very respectful to your privacy. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants in the area. We would (will) stay here again.
