    Excellent Rental

    We loved this rental for the close proximity to the water and the beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen supplies were the best we have ever had.

    Bill, the owner, was fantastic. He answered all our questions quickly. This is a top notch rental, you will not be disappointed.

    Owner was very friendly. Beach beautiful and Bay like heaven. Used hot tub at night when kids in bed and even had a campfire on the beach one night. Outdoor showers were a Godsend. Plenty of room for us (6 to 8 adults and 4 little kids) with in law apartment.

    We stayed in this same house 10 years ago and loved it even more this time! It had more than enough room for my husband and I, my mom, and four teens. It is clean, open and airy in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. We were 100% comfortable letting our kids go on bike rides or to the beach on their own. The beach was sandy and offered a mix of calm waters and small waves. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We enjoyed many family meals outside at the picnic table. The outdoor showers and hot tub made this our favorite house in the cape -- and we've been going for 10 years! Felt like we were on an island and enjoyed every aspect of this rental, from location to the accommodations. Highly, highly recommend.

    Relaxing!

    Our stay for a week in this rental was great. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was quick - just as noted on the listing. Loved the deck where we sat in the morning and evening with cool ocean breezes blowing through. The hydrangeas in the front were gorgeous! Thanks again!
