Dennis Home, Lots of Privacy on Quiet Cul-de-Sac

My husband and I recently stayed for a week with our two boys. The owner made the process extremely easy & stress free. Upon arrival the house was just as pictured. Very clean and the bedroom were bigger than expected. We enjoyed the private yard and back deck. Seeing the house is on a cul-de-sac it was very quiet with minimal traffic.

It was peaceful and a great spot for families. Would definitely return next year.

I returned this year for another two-week stay and once again was so impressed with how clean everything was. I have been renting homes at the cape every summer for over thirty years and this home is one of my favorites.

It is also a plus to deal with the owner directly as opposed to a rental company that charges processing fees and cleaning fees. I highly recommend this property and once again I will be asking to book again for next year. A real gem!

I recently stayed two weeks in this lovely home. Upon arrival I was greatly impressed by how clean and inviting the house was. It was well stocked and I never needed anything they did not have. The owner, Brad, was very pleasant and easy to contact. I was surprised how much larger the house is than the pictures show. especially the bedrooms) but delighted with the space. The deck is amazing and so private and the outdoor shower so inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks and am planning on a return visit next summer. show more show less

Being the first to review this home, we were a bit nervous to rent it. For that reason we couldn't have been happier when we arrived. The house is comfortable with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. We didn't need it every night because of the wonderful breeze but we appreciated it on the nights we did. It was spacious and clean with a great deck for sitting on after a long day at the beach. The location is super close to the bayside beaches which is what we wanted but it wouldn't be far to get to the ocean side either. The kids loved riding their bikes on the cul-de-sac and even met some friends. We have rented in the Cape for years and this is definitely one of our absolute favorites.
