''Gulls Way'' is a charming, completely rebuilt custom home on the finest, most expansive sandy beach on the Cape. Large expansive decks, BBQ area, with views from Plymouth to Provincetown! The home has 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus 2 sleeping lofts. The living room has a fireplace and oceanfront view. The open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and is adjacent to the great room with a dining area, sitting area, and wall-to-wall sliders overlooking the Bay. The first floor has a bath plus a guestroom with queen bed and its own bath. The second floor includes 2 loft sleeping areas, a guestroom with queen bed and private bath. A spectacular master bedroom (king bed) and master bath overlook the ocean. In the basement, there is a playroom complete with TV and relaxing sofas. In all, 5 baths, 7 TV's, etc.

From Gulls Way it's just a short walk to Dennis Village (no stop lights!), a quintessential, quaint charming area with antique shops, wonderful restaurants, and home of the famous Dennis Playhouse -- all a pleasant stroll away.
Great new home, great beach, perfect Cape Cod village. ''Gulls Way'' is a special place as all our guests rave about their stay.
This home can be rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, from May to mid-November. Although there is a one week minimum, two weeks or longer will take precedence.
If desired weeks are not currently available, contact owner to be put on a waiting list for possible openings and/or a priority notification list for the following year.
