Sandi was lovely to work with, very friendly and helpful. saltwater pool is refreshing and great after a morning at the beach. This is a motel that has converted to seasonal apartments. Small and cozy, Many retirees live here in the summer and make for quiet nice neighbors, the pool is a fun relaxed place to socialize with others, sometimes pool closes a little earlier than i expected, but not an issue, lovely place. Sandi's place is on an end unit with huge deck w privacy fence. Plenty of outdoor seating. I loved the little table and chair just outside the front door. Easy bike ride for ice cream or walk to Wee Packet- stones throw away! Love wee packet gift shop. Walk to the beach or bike. Everything is updated! No old 1970s mattress here. Beautiful new bathroom, great shower pressure. Kitchen has what you need to cook. Cute little table to eat or play games. Rooms are clean and bright and face the deck w sliders onto deck. Easy drive to bigger beaches if you want surf. Great spot for couples or 4 or less show more show less

First let me say that Sandi was very nice and her responses on emails were quick. Ok, now this place was great although small for the 6 of us -- not a lot of elbow room but we definitely made it work. It had everything we needed from kitchenware to seasonings and spices to the new bathrooms with the essentials. The beach was a little walk away and the salt water pool was big and deep enough for adults and shallow for the children . We spent most of the time out on the deck, which was huge, and the grill was easy to use and clean. Oh, don't forget the fire pit and the s'mores! All you have to do is bring bed linens, towels , food , bathing suits, like I said everything else was provided ..I would love to go back..... show more show less

We have been renting for a few years. Good size place with all needed amenities. 10 min walk to the beech. Very good experience overall.

Having lodged at this condo numerous times over the past 2 years, I would recommend it to couples and/or families. There is plenty of room, the furnishings are very comfortable including a great mattress. With cable tv in both bedrooms, a well-furnished kitchen, two full baths with the BEST shower pressure ever, we will stay here again. We enjoy the large private deck including a table easily seating 8 - 10. A two-block walk to the beach or take advantage of the very large saltwater pool on property. Walk a block to one of Dennisport's popular ice cream shops plus a nearby deli / restaurant. Convenient to shopping, too. Thank you, Sandi, for your hospitality ! show more show less

This condo is ideal for either a young family or two couples. The bedrooms each have their own full bathroom and access to the large deck. The galley kitchen, which is flanked by a small living room on one side and a dining room on the other, is an extremely efficient use of space. We mostly spent time grilling and hanging out on the large deck. The ocean-side beach is only a few blocks away, but we preferred going to the bay side beaches, especially the amazing Mayflower Beach. We enjoyed getting ice cream at night the Sundae School and eating breakfast at Bob's Wee Packet, both of which are only a 5 minute walk away. Overall, we love Dennis and the proximity to lots of different beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path), the Stop and Shop, movie theaters, the Dennis Playhouse, etc. Being in mid-Cape allowed us to explore the entire Cape Cod "arm," driving up to Wellfleet and Provincetown for the day or down to Mashpee for shopping. The unit itself is on the small side and bedroom doors are thin, so you don't have a ton of privacy. But we spent most of our time at the beach or out and about, so this wasn't a problem for us. For the price and the location, this property is a great value, and we would definitely recommend it to friends. show more show less

This home is well equipped. We had everything we needed to make a lobster dinner, BBQ, etc. We enjoyed the community pool on site and the close proximity to the beach. Will definitely come back!
