Adorable 3 Bedroom Cape Cod Cottage!

We have a one year old and three year old boys when we stayed a this home. It was real gem for families with small kids. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and it has all the amenities we needed. It has a fully fenced in backyard, which is uncommon for Cape Cod beach homes, and we could let the children run in the backyard with no worry. The house is small, but it is well designed with a distinctive Cape Cod touch. We are a family of five, and we were very comfortable. It even has a fire pit to roast marshmallows with the kids or to enjoy with some drinks after they go to bed.

We had a great time at this property this summer. It was very clean, and exactly as pictured. The couches were comfortable (I may have taken a nap there), the beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. Kitchen was well stocked with simple spices and dishware. Laura was very quick to reply to questions and she left all the necessary information at the house. I might suggest an extra set of keys, as we came and went at different times, but the system she has works. The outside area was a great option in the evenings when it cooled off a bit we enjoyed the large table and the fire pit. show more show less

Laura, the owner was simply fantastic! She was very upfront about everything. The house was super clean and well organized with nice decor, it felt very homey! Our son (8) loved his bunk bed room! The washer/dryer was awesome to have and it was nice to not have to do as much laundry when we got home! We never checked out Follins Pond as we had relatives staying on Mayflower Beach area so we parked there and went to the beach every day. The outdoor shower is huge and perfect! I adore outdoor showers and this is definitely the nicest we have used! My husband is a master plumber and naturally checks out anything with water and the fixtures had his seal of approval as well! ACs in the bedrooms were a plus as well and much needed on those super hot days! NO COMPLAINTS, we will be renting again! show more show less

As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and ready to have a relaxing break. The photos did this home justice as the recent updates are stunning. Plenty of room for all of our guests. It is so convenient to vacation with a full kitchen. The owners are very thoughtful with the supplies that are left in the home. Loved having the washer and dryer available. Gorgeous patio leads to the beautiful backyard and fire pit. Perfect space to enjoy your evening!

This home is centrally located with local beach access, and driving to a major road and shopping is convenient.

The owners are wonderful, easy to contact and accommodating to any request. I think the price is outstanding for all that this home has to offer. We created some wonderful memories here and my family will definitely be back. We are eagerly anticipating our return trip! show more show less
