This home is beautifully and simply decorated! The cleaning crew did a great job. The pool was a great addition to our yearly rentals and we loved having it! The fact that it was heated was fantastic! The house was stocked with anything we might need (toilet paper, soap, cleaning products etc) which was a surprise considering the other homes we have rented over 10 years do not provide anything! Beach chairs and gear were so helpful. Beds were very comfortable. My ONLY negative would be how hot the first floor got. There is no A/C other than bedrooms. Cooking in the kitchen was a little challenging just due to the heat. We love central air in homes. But this would not deter us from renting again. 4 stars overall just due to the warm first floor. show more show less

Our group included 3 couples who have vacationed together for years. We picked up our keys to the rental right on time at the Dennis office. Upon arrival it appeared that the house had not been cleaned, so I called the office and Mary Jane couldn't have been more helpful! A crew came right out to clean. The house has a heated, salt water, in-ground pool so we were able to hang out there while the cleaning crew worked. What a treat! The yard is very private with lovely plantings and an out-door shower for after the beach! There is a good sized deck for dinners out side! The house is beautifully furnished and comfortable for 6 adults. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, all upstairs with 2 full baths. There is a half bath on the main floor. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware. I would recommend some kind of air conditioning on the main floor(all bedrooms have window AC) due to humidity. The fabulous Dennis beaches are a very short drive away. We had a great week this house and would highly recommend it! show more show less
