This 3-bedroom, 3 bath home was newly built in 2015 and is a short walk (5 mins.) to two of Cape Cods' highest rated beaches - Mayflower and Bayview. With over 2,700 square feet, the home is ideal for one large family or an extended family traveling with in-laws or friends.

The first floor contains one queen bedroom, a full bath with laundry and a full kitchen/dining/living room. Nearly identical, the second floor holds the second queen bedroom, a full bath with laundry, and another full kitchen/dining/living room. The third floor is the ''bunk room'' with the 4 twin beds and full shower bath. Great for the kids.

The entire home is centrally air conditioned for those occasional humid days. You'll find cable service for the 2 ''Smart'' televisions, FireSticks, as well as WiFi which should cover your entertainment needs if necessary. The fenced backyard is where you will find the outdoor shower and gas grill.

Pack lightly as quality linens are provided.
Every bath holds plenty of bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath soaps, and laundry detergents.
Kitchens are well appointed with silverware, dishware, pots, pans and Breville coffeemakers.
Diaper Genies are in each bathroom for the toddlers nappies.
Trash and recycling is picked up each week.

    Great week again

    Stayed at Dan's house for the third time, and it was a great week as always. With everything going on, Dan made us feel very comfortable about the stay and it didnt disappoint. Show up with clothes and food for the week and the house has everything else you will need. Looking forward to going back next year

    Wonderful week at the Cape

    We had a great week at the Cape staying in Dan's home. It had everything we needed, was very clean and we felt welcome right away. The home is in a great location and the walk to the beaches was easy and flat. We would love to stay here again!

    Fabulous!!

    The house is PERFECT!! Meticulously maintained with all the bells and whistles! Exactly as described, just pack your clothes and hit the grocery store is all you need. We fell in love with the layout, amenities and location so close to Mayflower Beach. Dan was a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend this rental!

    Beach house rental
    Had a great week with my wife and two young kids at Dan's beach house for the second time. Just need to show up as it has everything you could ever need for a for a house walking distance to the beach

    Great house, great location

    Rented this house in August with my wife and young son and loved it. All the amenities you could ever need and walking distance to Mayflower Beach. House was very clean and there was plenty of room to have my parents and in laws down for a couple nights too. Will be back again next year.

    We vacationed here every summer since childhood. We purchased the original cottage property in 2005 and built this home in 2015. We like the location for the walkability to the best beaches on Cape. The home is situated in a quiet dead end neighborhood close to everything except the noise and traffic heading to the beaches.

    What is special about this property?
    There is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The first floor can actually function as its own apartment if desired. This is great if Nana and Gramps head to bed or rise earlier than the rest of the crew.
    The walk to the beaches is about 2500 feet. Also walkable are two restaurants - Chapin's Bayside and Gina's by the Sea - Other dining options are just minutes away.

    What is special about your town?
    The Bayside Beaches of Dennis are truly special. Sugar-like white sand, clear waters, mild surf and tides that recede leaving tidal pools for kids to play, sandbars for beach games and long stretches of beach for walking. During low tide, one can walk nearly 5 miles from one end to the other.
    Dennis is also situated mid-cape with great access to all the cape has to offer.
