The house was clean, well decorated and fit our family of 8 perfectly. It also is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. We had a spectacular family vacation.

My extended family has stayed here 2 years in a row. It’s on a nice quiet street but close to everything. Walk to the beach and park with a playground, awesome ice cream parlor, and many restaurants nearby. There’s plenty of room for a large family. Our favorite part is the big screened in front porch. Birgit and Bob are the perfect hosts.

This was the second summer we stayed here, and we are going back this summer. The house is clean, and has everything you need. The outside deck is great for gatherings, and the front screened-in porch comes in handy after dark. Short walk to the beach, and a bike ride to shopping in Dennis. Bob is friendly, and he knows the area well.

We had a great time staying at this home! The house was very clean when we arrived, which as clean people we really appreciated. The house was literally equipped with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, grilling, beach, etc. Bob was such a great host and offered us bikes, fishing rods, swimming devices, etc. to use if we wanted. The .4 mile walk to the beach was perfect so that we did not have to pay to park or deal with driving there. The house was also within a mile/walking distance of many local restaurants which we took advantage of. We used the back patio and the grill a lot for grilling dinner - when we ran out of gas, Bob had an extra tank in the shed! The front and backyard were beautiful and perfect for daytime activities. "We have stayed in this house for one week every summer for 12 years. It feels like our "home away from home" now. We just got back from our week in the Cape and miss it already. The house is perfect for reading on the front porch with coffee and eating dinner together on the back porch. If you have kids it is a great yard to play in and my kids love the owners Bob and Birgit , who live next door. We look forward to going every year and hope to continue the tradition for MANY more years to come. Trust me- you will love it as much as my family does!" show more show less

The listing accurately describes the property. We really enjoyed our stay here in you lovely home. My favorite area was the front screened porch. What a fantastic place to read, eat, relax!
