Meticulously maintained home on quiet street has a front to back (28' x 14') living room, dining room with seating for 10 (13.5' x 13.5')fully-equipped kitchen, 2 baths and enclosed outside shower, 5 bedrooms; (13.6' x 14') with queen bed, two bedrooms each with double bed (14' x 11'), one with 2 twins 13'x 12', and one (14' x 10') with twin and a double. Enjoy the wonderful 10' x 24' screen porch that opens to a large side lawn with two picnic tables, and patio. Cable TV and VCR as well!
We are 2 families who have rented this great house for 2 years now and we absolutely love it! The house is quite large with a great yard. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk so no need to pay for parking or have to pack tons of stuff to take with us when we go.
Very clean and well maintained. They put in a new kitchen with new appliances last year. We also like that there is a washer/dryer and window A/C units.
The bedrooms are good size and beds are comfortable.
Owners are very nice and provide lots of extras-beach chairs and sand toys, etc.
Rental price is reasonable for the amount of space and number of people the house accommodates.
We are looking forward to renting again this year.

We have stayed here two years in a row. Great house very large inside. Awesome yard. See the ocean from driveway, less than a five minute walk to beach! Quiet neighborhood. And did I mention the outdoor shower! House is always immaculate both inside and out, very well maintained. Great for families!

I have rented this property the past two summers and was very pleased with the accommodations. It is within walking distance to a beautiful beach and the yard is very spacious. Wonderful location. The house is so much bigger on the inside than looks from outside. Very clean. Our children really enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean in minutes. They also liked the huge yard to play in. We will be renting again next year

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were so close to the beach-right down the street-so we could walk. Spacious bedrooms, large dining room table, and huge yard-allowed the kids plenty of space to play when not at the beach.

I have been going here for years. The house is always very well maintained, much bigger on the inside than you would think from the outside. The side yard is great for kids to play and kinds of games or just to hangout. The beach is just a very short walk away. The memories that my family and i have had here are irreplaceable. I highly recommend renting this beautiful house.

Excellent location to beach. Interior much larger than pictures show. The kids loved the big yard. The teenageers were happy there was wireless internet and video game unit. Spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying being together.
