This Cape Cod property is amazing and so is the owner! Linda was so accommodating and helpful for our crew coming from Georgia. The house was fully equipped with everything you could imagine. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large family meals or just hanging out. The living space inside was great, but the outdoor living space was even better. Perfect views and wonderful gathering places. Highly recommend this property.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Linda & Charlie's house for the past three years. We are a party of 6 adults & 6 kids (ages 4-9). This house is perfect and clean. From the beautiful kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, the light filled living rooms to the dining room with a table that fits all 12 of us. The backyard is wonderful for all six of our kids to run around. The house has so much space we never feel crowded. The house is well stocked with anything you could need.

The icing on the cake is the private beach right across the road. We spend hours at the beach every day and then every night we go back to watch the sunset. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers. We love this house so much we book the next year's trip before we make it home.

Three generations of our family from Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New Jersey came to stay at the Keefe's beautiful home. As families become new families, with various needs, it's a challenge to find a home that is accommodating in size and style. The Keefe home surpassed our best expectations! As spacious as it is beautiful inside and out. Deceptively accommodating as its interior feels even bigger than it looks. We wanted for nothing.

A yard for children of all ages. And, the three (3) decks!! We pretty much lived outside. With lots of water lovers in our family, the beach being a 1-minute walk was as dreamy as the rest of the experience. In six years of working to find one house for as many of us as possible, we've been pretty fortunate to stay at some great homes. This year, the Keefe home was voted the family favorite, #1!! To Linda and Charlie, thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning to Ospreyland!

We were lucky enough to rent this house for a family vacation the last week in July 2015. The house accommodated our whole family, and the kids loved sleeping with their cousins in the bunk beds and playing on the backyard pirate ship. The beach being steps away from the house is a real bonus and we made good use of it. The fact that there are all types of toys for the kids to play with in the house was such a treat. We had 6 perfect days and couldn't have been happier being together at the Cape and in a home that felt like our own. You'll definitely enjoy yourselves here. This Cape Cod Home my daughter rented was so awesome! She has been there before but it was my first time going with them. Close to the beach, 3 great decks and spacious back yard. The beds were so comfortable and the living area was big enough to fit all of us. Loved the outside showers (yes there were 2 of them!) unbelievable view of the Osprey nest in the back yard. Plenty of room for parking in the front. The house is close to shopping and grocery stores. We enjoyed our vacation very much! This place gets 5 stars in my book! Thank you!

Ospreyland has all the comforts of home and then some! It is spacious, light, clean, and beautiful! The location is perfect with the beach so close. The furnished decks are a special bonus with a beautiful backyard and marsh view to enjoy complete with a Pirate play structure! You barely need to bring a thing, as they have thought of everything you will want, right down to toys for the kids to play with.

We vacation in West Dennis every summer and this was by far the BEST home we have stayed in. I can't believe it took me this long to find it! We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! Linda is absolutely the most accommodating owner and is just a few houses away if you need anything at all! Our children are 6 and 11 but we stayed with 2 other couples with 2 year old children and they absolutely loved the pirate ship, swings, and large backyard. Not to mention all the toys inside and outside....plus all the beach supplies. You don't need to bring a thing! There was more than enough room for our 3 families. Everyone had their space. The house is beautiful and so close to the beach! We will definitely be back next summer hopefully for 2 weeks if Linda will have us! Thanks again for an amazing and memorable trip!

This summer we chose to bring 4 families together on the Cape for a big vacation this year. The Keefe home (we are not related) was recommended by a colleague of mine, she said we would not be disappointed and she was spot on!! We loved the home, the beach and the location. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

"We have vacationed in this home several times, most recently in June 2011. The house is immaculate and well furnished, inside and out. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need and includes nice appliances and extensive utensils. The dining room and living room are just as nice as depicted in the photos. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel cramped. Some of our favorite moments were sitting on the decks (there are three!) listening to the surf, talking, reading and just relaxing. The backyard gives plenty of room for the kids to run around and climb the play set and Pirate ship! The location is close to activities but also removed enough if you would like peace and quiet. Private beach is steps away. The homeowner is so easy to deal with, and extremely accommodating. This home offers a true Cape Cod vacation experience and highly recommend it to our friends!"

"This is a dream vacation home. From the moment you walk in you will feel relaxed. We have vacationed in this home several times most recently in Sept. 2010. The newly renovation kitchen is beautiful and the spacious living/dining area can accommodate a large group. You have your choice of several decks - sunfilled and overlooking the pond on one side and the ocean on the other, a quiet side deck perfect for napping and another deck in back with a pond view! This beautiful beach home has all the amenities mentioned in the listing and the homeowners are a pleasure to deal with. The beach is just steps away and the location is close to restaurants, shopping and Cape Cod sight seeing. By far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at!"

"WHAT AN AWESOME HOME! We stayed in this home for a week in September. The home was extremely clean, bright and well-kept. There was plenty of room for everyone that was there (there were 8 of us). The beach was only steps away and with three decks and a large yard, there were plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. The owner of the property was extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and even helped with suggestions of places to go. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone wanting a high- quality rental experience!"
