"We have vacationed in this home several times, most recently in June 2011. The house is immaculate and well furnished, inside and out. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need and includes nice appliances and extensive utensils. The dining room and living room are just as nice as depicted in the photos. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel cramped. Some of our favorite moments were sitting on the decks (there are three!) listening to the surf, talking, reading and just relaxing. The backyard gives plenty of room for the kids to run around and climb the play set and Pirate ship! The location is close to activities but also removed enough if you would like peace and quiet. Private beach is steps away. The homeowner is so easy to deal with, and extremely accommodating. This home offers a true Cape Cod vacation experience and highly recommend it to our friends!"

"This is a dream vacation home. From the moment you walk in you will feel relaxed. We have vacationed in this home several times most recently in Sept. 2010. The newly renovation kitchen is beautiful and the spacious living/dining area can accommodate a large group. You have your choice of several decks - sunfilled and overlooking the pond on one side and the ocean on the other, a quiet side deck perfect for napping and another deck in back with a pond view! This beautiful beach home has all the amenities mentioned in the listing and the homeowners are a pleasure to deal with. The beach is just steps away and the location is close to restaurants, shopping and Cape Cod sight seeing. By far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at!"

"WHAT AN AWESOME HOME! We stayed in this home for a week in September. The home was extremely clean, bright and well-kept. There was plenty of room for everyone that was there (there were 8 of us). The beach was only steps away and with three decks and a large yard, there were plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. The owner of the property was extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and even helped with suggestions of places to go. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone wanting a high- quality rental experience!"
