Very close to Sea Street Beach !! Sea Street Beach is a public, life guarded beach...which is great if you have small children. There is new construction of the fabulous Pelham House Resort at Sea Street Beach which includes ocean view dining for lunch or dinner. Also, the beach includes the adorable Sea Street Grille for quick walk to outdoor lunches by the beach. Visiting the beach at night very often includes the view of a beach bonfire or two. There are many other places you can walk to from this location....the ever popular Sundae School is a quintessential Cape Cod ice cream spot as well as the Wee Packet Gift Shop. Woolfies Bakery is a 5 minute walk for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
The cottage is light and bright! The many windows allow for great ocean breezes that helps keep the cottage cool on warm sunny days. This cottage is part of a small 5-unit complex and offers a small nicely landscaped courtyard. This cottage has a front- as well as a back deck. The back deck captures early morning sun and is a great place for your cup of coffee at 7:00 am.
This cottage has one air conditioner.
This cottage has some WiFi. It is not 100% dependable. This is not a good vacation spot to work remotely.
The cottage has a gas grille ( summer of 2021).
The cottage has cable with sports stations and DVD player
Spacious/enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water.

    Wonderful Stay

    Amy and Marc's home was so comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. There was everything we needed. I stayed here with my two sisters and we had plenty of space. We truly enjoyed sitting on the back deck every morning having our coffee. They were so helpful with recommendations on places to go for dinner, etc. and very quick with responding to any questions. Very short walk to the beach and to the ice cream shop. Would love to visit again. Couldn't ask for better hosts!!

    Can't wait to return

    We just booked this cottage for the third summer in a row and can't wait to go back. The location is perfect - just a quick stroll to the beach and a short drive to mini golf, go karts, restaurants and grocery shopping. The cottage itself is clean and cozy and nicely decorated. It really feels like home. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals at home, including a lobster and steamer feast. The small complex of cottages is nicely landscaped and very quiet (except for my own two kids!). Amy and Marc are a dream to deal with and really care about your experience. show more show less

    We rented Mark and Amy’s cottage for the past two years and can't wait to return again this September. This adorable, comfortable cottage offers a relaxing vacation, conveniently located to restaurants and beaches. The white washed walls and interior decorating offers the true Cape Cod vacation. Mark and Amy are wonderful owners, who are friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with.

    my daughter had rented a cottage for us and let me tell you!!! Not having been on vaca for 7 years this was heaven..... I loved the beach and being a fan for mayflower Beach and to go there and enjoy and relax afterwards at the cottage was awesome. Thankyou we will be back next july. The cottage was neat, comfortable,and so like being home......

    What is special about this property?
    This cottage is situated to the back of the complex and has some
    distance from the street. Parents of young children love that they can
    sit on the front deck and the kids have space to play and do not have quick access to the street.
    The addition of the back deck allows you to now catch the early morning sun. I love that. Having coffee in the privacy of the back deck is nice new feature. There are two chaise lounge chairs there-
    it is a great place to read and just fall asleep.
    If you have never has an outdoor shower....I think you do not know
    how nice it is.The outdoor shower has lots of space to keep clothes
    dry and for parents to assist small children without getting wet.
    As for the grill.Renters have seemed to like going back to the charcoal grill while on vacation.I am interested if a gas grill is missed. I do offer an extensive cable package, but often wonder how much TV is watched during the vacation(?)
    I also like the 2/10ths of a mile from the ocean. There are so many times that our little courtyard offers comfort when the beach is too windy or too cold or too hot.
    This is my 12th year renting this cottage. During the past years, guests have commented on how quiet, comfortable,and pleasant the complex is with friendly neighbors who are happy to be there as well.


    What is special about your town?
    This cottage is 2/10ths of a mile to Sea Street Beach. This is a
    public beach that has a life guard, a new public bathroom and a
    very quaint little restaurant for breakfast and lunch...that has very good food.

    Sea Street beach is mainly used by the neigborhood of cottages, and therefore this end of Sea Street has a lot of foot traffic vs. cars going to the beach.

    The very popular Sundae School, a charming Ice Cream Stand and Penny Candy Store, are walking distance to the cottage. There are sidewalks either all or most of the way there.

    Woolfies Bakery and breakfast sandwich shop is also walking distance-
    a nice little walk through the neighborhood- about 7 minute walk.

    Chapins Restaurant- great summer bar that is enclosed three sides with screens. Great food, friendly service, attractive outdoor seating as well. That is walking distance, yet best to drive due to
    dangerous intersection.

    Rise and Shine- GREAT breakfast place- Rte 28. 2 minutes from the cottage.

    CLancy's Restaurant- Good Food, gets busy- need to get there early.
    1-2 minute drive from cottage on Upper County Road.

    The Ocean House- For Fine Dining- on the ocean- 1 minute drive from the cottage. You could walk,if you wanted,back roads.
