3 Bedroom Cape House in Dennisport

We stayed for a week in August 2021. The house is definitely no frills, but nice for the price point. The yard is large, but not fenced in. The street is fairly quiet, despite it being a "cut through" to two main roads.

Inside the house, you walk into the living room, which opens up into the kitchen. There is a table in between the kitchen and living room. The table is kind of large for the space, but it works for eating inside as needed.

To the left are the two twin bed rooms, with a shared closet and adjoining door. There is one large air conditioning unit in a window in the kitchen to cool off that side of the house. Down the hall is a generous size bathroom, and the primary bedroom with a queen size bed. Off of the bedroom is the deck. Which is really odd. In order to cook food you either have to carry it through the bedroom, or walk around the back of the house. Just a weird placement for the deck to be off a bed room.

Close to beaches and restaurants. If you want to have a family vacation on the cape that fits your budget - absolutely book this place show more show less

My boyfriend and I stayed here twice this summer, once for Memorial Day week and again for our August vacation. We really love this street because it's close to all the places we like to go, but it's not a high traffic street. It's not right on the beach, but the walking distance to Sea Street and Glendon beaches is maybe a mile, if that.

Lots of space in this house with the 3 bedrooms. Memorial Day was a "working" vacation so I was able to use one of the bedrooms as my office so we were not on top of each other. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again! show more show less

It's my second time staying here for a week, best part is you don't need your car at all the whole vaca as the house is super close to all the best restaurants and bars Dennisport has to offer!

Walk to the beach and quick walk for coffee and breakfast and lunch and anything you may need from nearby convenient store!

Owner is very responsive and we felt right at home, comfortably fitting the family :)

Upon walking into the cottage, the smell of perfumed deodorizer covering the smell of musty wood almost made me turn around and go home. Opening every window and turning on every fan helped. The linoleum floor was worn to the point of cracking and pieces broke off. The kitchen sink had a leak both at the faucet and under the sink. The chairs in both the living room and the kitchen were broken/breaking. The outside shower needs a door as opposed to a plastic shower curtain that blows with the wind for all to see. My family and I just returned from staying a week at this cottage and we enjoyed it! It was the perfect size for my family and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and ice cream. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to return again.

Have been here 3 years in a row and planning on another year. This place is just what we need for our week away. Plenty of beds, close to everything we want and love the outdoor shower!

My family and I stayed at this rental for 11 years straight. I have not been here since 2018 but am looking forward to coming back. I have also sent many people to stay at this rental. It's very close to a lot of restaurants and beaches. Mark is very attentive as the homeowner and will do whatever he can to make your stay enjoyable. Very cute cottage!! I like that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

The cottage was excellent and extremely well equipped. It was exactly as described in the listing and very clean. 3 bedrooms, outdoor shower, nice deck, cable TV, stereo, coffee maker, microwave, and a great hammock on the yard for afternoon naps. It is located on a quiet side street with only a short walk to the beach, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Joey's Pizza, Sundae School Ice Cream, and a convenience store for the morning papers. I look forward to renting this cottage again next year! -Brian
