Walk to Cove Landing to fish, clam, launch your kayak or canoe. Beautiful view of marshes. Views of ocean, Fort Hill and Town Cove from rooftop deck. Clean and bright with lots of space including extra apartment downstairs with queen size futon couch, and full bath. Comfortably sleeps 10.
You enter the foyer, which extends from front to back of the house. There is a front door and a back door entrance to the foyer. This floor has 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 1 double bed room). There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a laundry room on this floor.

Up the foyer staircase you will be on the living room level, which has an open living room and dining area, kitchen, hallway and 1/2 bathroom. Vaulted/open ceiling in living room area. There are double patio doors to the deck.
From this level, a stairway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and there is access to the rooftop deck on this level.

The basement is only 2/3 underground, and on one end it has full size windows and an atrium door out to a patio. It also has a bathroom with a shower stall, an eating area with microwave, refrigerator and table and chairs. There is a sleeping area (queen bed) with a queen futon couch, TV, DVD.
Walk to beautiful Fort Hill to hike or walk along the Nauset Inlet waterways. Fort Hill is a nature preserve with hiking trails and views. You can also walk 3/10 mile down the street to a right of way in our neighborhood to the town cove-great for fishing, kayaking, and clamming!

I just wanted to let you know we are back from our week at Cape Cod. Your house was wonderful. We enjoyd its spacious layout and amenities. When one rents, it can be anything from a disaster to a formal house that you can't feel relaxed in. Your is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck was particularly an attraction. Personally, I liked the fact that the water was near and I was able to park my kayaks for a quick paddle anytime we wanted. We had a great week and you will hear from us again. The vote was unamimous!
