Past meets present in this traditional Cape Cod home located on a quiet cul-de-sac abutting the Cape Cod bike trail. Relax in the hammock or lounge on the back deck with a seasonal cocktail. The home offers a large flat yard and manicured grounds. This home, built in 1997, has been meticulously cared for as we have made this area our summer home for the last two generations. The floor plan, inviting and open, was designed with family in mind. Two first floor bedrooms and full bath easily accommodate two adults and three children. A crib is located in the queen bedroom. The second floor includes a spacious master with full bath and claw-foot tub. The large fourth bedroom has two twins, a third built-in extra long twin and a half-bath. The outdoor shower is welcoming after a day at the beach.
Just a short ride to Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches, the home offers the best of both worlds with privacy and accessability.
