This bright, sunny, three bedroom, two bath, Cape-style home is located on the Ocean side of Eastham about 1 ¼ miles from Nauset Light Beach in the National Seashore and ½ mile from the bike path.

The Main level has an open living/dining/kitchen area, ceiling fan, wood burning fireplace, 32'' flat screen TV with DVD, and sliders to the deck, plus 2 bedrooms each with window AC (two new twins in each room...can convert to a king by moving twins together ~ seam strip provided). Full bath with step-in shower on the first floor. Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a window AC, a loft with a futon, and a full bath with tub/shower. Expanded cable w/NESN (RedSox!!) Highspeed WIFI.

NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rent: $2300 per week in season plus $200 Handling Fee plus $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee OR $400 Security Deposit.
