8 Minute Walk just 1/3 mile to Thumpertown Beach - Central AC, gas cooking! Well kept home for relaxing at Cape Cod. Walk 122 feet from the driveway to see the Bay water down Thumpertown Rd. Take the kids and beach toys, chairs, etc. in the car and park in the parking lot. (need sticker during season) Large dry basement with a ping pong table. Tire Swing, horseshoe pit and tree swing in yard.
NEW easily accessible storage shed with all beach items and bicycles for tenants use.

Outside shower, large deck which gets sun most of the day and shade for the late afternoon. Washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. One bedroom with queen bed downstairs. Master bedroom with NEW KING bed and 2 other bedrooms with 2 twins in one and bunk beds in the other upstairs. Other amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, Comcast high speed wifi Internet, and a gas BBQ grill.

Very convenient location on the Cape, close to Bay beach and only a 5 minute drive over to the ocean beaches (Nauset Light or Coastguard Beach.) The bike path is accessible a short distance away as is a freshwater pond which has a kids playground, lifeguard, and docks.

Rock Harbor is 5 miles away for sport fishing on charter boats to catch Blue fish and Striped bass in the Bay.

    wonderful week

    Our family had a wonderful week at this house. The house was so clean upon arrival.
    The deck was so nice and it was great to eat our meals there. We loved that the outdoor shower was attached to the deck. The couches and chairs in the living room were very
    comfortable as were the beds. The bedrooms were so spacious and the closet space was great. Having 2 full baths and laundry were a real bonus. The central AC was awesome as it was a humid week. The location was perfect for us as we love Thumpertown Beach and we could easily walk or bike to the beach. The shed was great as we could store our beach gear in it. Our adult kids loved the use of the bikes. They loved biking to the beach or the Landing.
    The house was an easy walk to the Hole in One also.
    Overall we loved the house, it was perfect for us and we loved the location.     show more show less

    Cozy House in Eastham

    This is a very cozy and comfortable house and was the perfect location for our week on the Cape. Good food, good beaches and more are all nearby. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. We had a scheduling issue and had to back out of our original rental. We were very lucky to find this gem.

    Lovely cape home

    We had an amazing time at this home, enjoyed the short bike ride to the bay beach to watch the sunset and swim in the warm calm waters. The home is comfortable, spacious and well maintained and our family enjoyed evening dinners on the deck while the kids played in the yard. Amazing location! Look forward to spending another week next summer!

    The house and furnishings were in excellent condition and very clean. Everything you would need for your stay was there. Short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home if you want to be within walking distance to a nice bayside beach.

    The place was roomy lots of space for family to spread out. The beds were comfortable . They used ping pong table and horse shoes, we did not use the grill but it was there. Loved the deck as well. And walking distance to beach.

    Families have enjoyed renting our summer home since 1986. We have upgraded the house over the years as needed. Central Air Conditioning was added 2 years ago.

    What is special about this property?
    Close to the bay beach -- can walk in 8 minutes, and the ocean beaches are 5 miles away.
