Recently built home in historic area with private access to freshwater pond, great for fishing, swimming or just lying on a private float. Coast Guard beach (rated as the number one beach in the U.S. by Conde Nast) and Bay beaches less than 2 miles away. Wiley Park and Great Pond beaches also close by (great for kids!). Walking distance to the bike path (1/4 mile) and the town center where you can enjoy an evening concert on the Town Green. 20 minute drive to Provincetown.
House has 3 bedrooms (1 queen in master suite, 2 twins, 2 bunk beds) and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There are two full baths and a large outdoor shower with a mural by a local artist. Very clean, bright and spacious open living/dining/kitchen area with sliders onto deck complete with patio furniture and gas grill. Gas fireplace in dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped.
