8 Walden Ave is a 7 bedroom home located at the top of Falmouth Heights. The home is part of large family retreat and features some of the best views of Martha's Vineyard and the Heights beach. It's a short stroll to the Heights beach (200 yards) or walk along the cliff side down to Falmouth Inner Harbor.
The home has been restored to its former glory and is full of Cape Cod Charm. It features a new kitchen complete with cooking range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Off the kitchen is a dining area that leads into the over sized family room. The family room features a fireplace, plenty of sitting areas, and large windows to enjoy the view. In addition, there's a 3 season porch that wraps around the front of the home and offers great views of the Heights Beach. There are two bedrooms downstairs that accommodate twin beds or bunk beds. The downstairs bathroom has been renovated and features a shower stall. (See Further Description below)

Upstairs has 5 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom has a large window with a crows nest view of the beach. The home also has a large yard that comes complete with lawn furniture, gas grill, and an outside shower.
We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at your home. The entire family hasn’t been able to get away in a long time. The house was clean, had plenty of space for everyone, and the proximity to local attractions was key. Our children had a blast swimming at the Heights Beach, playing at the park, and of course going to the Vineyard. One of our favorite moments was catching a Cape Cod League baseball game in Falmouth.

Our stay at the house was great. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. He met us at the property to provide keys and a walk through. The house was clean and unlike our last rental you provided linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The location was perfect for our family. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach, several local restaurants in walking distance, and downtown is about a five minute drive. We had a great week and we absolutely would stay there again.
