We are offering our 5 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom summer home for rent for the summer of 2012. This home has been in our family for over 25 years. The house is located in Megansett, which is a highly sought after summer destination on Cape Cod. Megansett is located in North Falmouth, MA. The house is located a 5-minute walk to Megansett Beach (lifeguards). Megansett has a shallow bottom excellent for children, with no tide surges or large waves. The beach is excellent for kayaking, sailing, and watersports. The house is a short drive or bike-ride to Old Silver Beach. 1/2 mile to ''Shining Sea'' Bike Path
Local restaurants for a meal out are: The Silver Lounge, The Chart Room, The Parrot Bar & Grill, The Coutyard, The Beachhouse, Chapaquoit Grill or you simply grill at the house!
