Great Family Neighborhood, Walk to New Silver Beach

My family has stayed at this property three times and will be staying again next summer! Very simply, the house has everything we want/need - good space, wifi, A/C, a grill, an outdoor shower and plenty of space for "hanging around", including a nice screened-in porch in the back. The location can't be beat - less than a five minute walk to New Silver Beach and less than a five minute drive to Old Silver Beach. While we have never had any problems in the house, the owner is very responsive when answering a few questions over the years. We rented this beautiful Cape house with 2 other couples. The house was equipped with everything! T.V.'s in each room, air conditioning, a beautiful screen porch that we enjoyed every morning and evening, and a beautiful yard.

It is a very short walk to New Silver Beach, you can park your car in the driveway for the week and walk to the beach everyday. Beautiful and friendly neighborhood for daily walks as well.

Upon arrival the house was very clean. The owner was very available to answer any questions. Hope to rent this beautiful house again! show more show less

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for eight people with every amenity we could have needed. We loved how close we were to the beach, an easy walk for all including two toddlers. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking/running and plenty of yard space for the kids to play. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home for other families. You won't be disappointed!

I love this place. Our family has stayed here 4 or 5 times over the years, and each time we have been very happy with things. The location is great, the house is nice and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly families around. The outdoor shower is fun. I have no complaints and highly recommend this house.

We were very pleased with this property. One of the few houses in the area which has air conditioning for the main area of the house. You have to leave the bedroom doors open in order to gain the benefit but it is a nice benefit and somewhat unique to the area.

There were plenty of "supplies" on hand including bedding, pillows, bath and beach towels. This is nice to not need to bring these items. The kitchen seemed sufficiently stocked in terms of dishes, pots, pans and glasses although we didn't do a lot of cooking.

The screened in back porch is very nice and the back yard is quite spacious. Plenty of room in the driveway to park cars.

Four bedrooms in total. There is one room with a queen size bed and two rooms with twin beds, the last room is quite small with a bunk bed. All the rooms seemed to have tv's which was nice even though we didn't watch much. We had two families stay in the house and used all 7 beds. It was the perfect size for us.

Finally, the owner was very accessible and quickly resolved an issue with the garbage disposal. You can feel confident that should you run into an issue that you will get a quick response and resolution.

We had a wonderful time staying here for a family vacation. Very close to the beach. Adorable, quaint, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed riding our bikes around the streets, relaxing on the nearby beach, and exploring the friendly neighborhood. The house was in tip top shape, very clean, everything ran smoothly. Plenty of room for the whole family, with four bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen. Great screened in porch by the backyard. Perfect for post-beach day barbecues! Outdoor shower is great, so we don't bring all the sand with us back into the house! Eileen made the whole rental process very easy.

Great location! Would absolutely recommend staying here. We look forward to our next visit! show more show less
