This is what I had imagined when I was searching for a Cape house to rent. It is cozy, welcoming, and decorated in accordance with the beach house atmosphere. The owners were so accommodating and pleasant to work with that I felt like they were good friends of mine. I spent the long weekend with my girlfriend and enjoyed everything the house/area had to offer, but was most pleased with the on the beach feel at a 'far from the beach' price (a quiet, 100 yard private road walk to the beach). I spent a long weekend here in the spring. What a great cottage!!! The house is small but well-equipped and meticulously kept. Everything was freshly painted and in tip top shape. The beach is just a few houses away and was absolutely perfect. There are several restaurants just two blocks away and shopping is a five minute drive. I loved it here and will definitely be going back.

We just returned from a vacation here. The home was spotless and well appointed.
The rooms are small but you will find everything that you need here. The beach is just a very short walk down the street or you can sit in the comfortable rockers on the porch.
We really enjoyed our stay.

"Stayed here in late August 2010 with my wife and daughter and had a fantastic time. The Murrays really offer a summertime gem of a property. It is a small cottage, but perfect for a small family or maybe a couple sharing it with another couple. It's very clean and has some nice nautical themed decorations to get you in the mood for a seaside vacation. Speaking of the sea, it's just a five minute walk down the street to your choice of two different beaches. And another few minutes to the excellent British Beer Company restaurant. There is a great outdoor shower and a small shed filled with everything you need for a day at the beach. There's an updated grill and deck for outdoor eating with plenty of bench seating. A widescreen tv is on the wall in the living room, with a wide array of dvd selections for rainy days or relaxing nights. All in all, just what we were looking for in a memorable summer vacation. "This was a great small property in a super location very close to the beach at Falmouth Heights. Everything in the listing and the pictures accurately describes the property, and the rental was extremely clean and well equipped. You do need to take your own sheets. We had 4 adults sharing the property and found it ideal both for its location and layout. I have already forwarded the details to friends who are considering a vacation rental in this area. I found the homeowner to be quick to respond to questions, and to acknowledge receipt payments."show moreshow less
