Our family had an amazing time staying in this charming and well-appointed home. The beach was a quick drive away, but also a gorgeous walk if we were in the mood.
We used the outdoor shower often, which was lovely after a long day. Evenings were enjoyed by the fire pit & lounge-seating in the lawn over a drink, and sunset on the bay.
Gayle gave us many great local recommendations,( The Pilot House was our Favorite!) as well as responded quickly with any questions or concerns. A beautiful home and a perfect host!

Best vacation ever on the Cape!! Stunning Cape house directly on the water, and near everything, with your own private beach. This home was immaculate, comfortable, adorably decorated, and Gayle, the host, thought of and provided everything needed for a great week! Will be going back for sure!! Thank you, Gayle!!

Another incredible week at Gayle's house in Falmouth. This was our third year at Gayle's and it's been the ideal vacation home for my family. The house is always clean with plenty of room (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and in the perfect location (beaches, ferry to the vineyard, restaurants - all within walking distance). Bike rental, ice cream in the neighborhood...Not to mention the amazing view right on the water! We love this spot and can't wait to be back next year!

Gayle has a great home here; very clean home, with easy access to everything and an amazing view of the harbor. Our kids loved watching the boats go by, and we couldn't have been happier with our view and location. Definitely a great home for a family to consider for a summer vacation, we loved everything about it. Just know that there is no laundry and plan for that; we were able to make it work pretty easily for a family of 5 with no issues!

This is a terrific property that is right on the water (just like the picture). It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The house itself was great; 3 bedrooms; one bathroom all of a good size with very comfortable beds. Gayle was terrific. Very prompt in answering all questions and went out of her way to have the house ready for us early as we needed to get ready there before heading out for a wedding. She had the place thoroughly clean, and comfortable. Can't wait to go back and spend more time there.

Gayle was very responsive and accommodating. She made my mom and I feel right at home and welcomed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The place is awesome! Very nice harbor view, nice apartment, and the host is very nice too!

Gayle has an amazing property right on the water with boats sailing in a out all day. It's within walking distance to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and a very short drive into downtown Falmouth. This is a great location and a very nice house for a weekend stay. Gayle was great to work with on the details and it could not have been easier. I highly recommend this for anyone headed to Cape Cod. Thanks, Gayle!
